As the Chief Executive Officer for BGRS, my strategic vision for advancing the global mobility industry encompasses my 22 years of relocation management experience in operations, finance, and technology.

My continued pursuit for new and innovative ways to strengthen the industry has been recognized by the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) when they awarded me Global Mobility Professional of the Year in 2013. My philosophy has always been to challenge the norm and achieve great results for our clients and customers.

Being recognized as a Women Worth Watching by the Profiled in Diversity Journal in 2014 is a result of my on-going emphasis on raising the bar and working toward excellence in mobility around the world. Our hardworking and proactive team members are enthusiastic about helping our clients and their employees across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. We not only keep an on eye on the details to ensure the relocation is best in class, we are knowledgeable in multicultural differences which better prepares the assignee for a new environment resulting in the highest quality mobility experience.

I am a proud member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for The Denan Project, a grass roots humanitarian effort, beginning in Ethiopia, and now operating clinics and hospitals in Ethiopia, Peru, Burkina Faso, and Mongolia.

He has worked as Lead Software Engineer & Software Architect at SS&C Technologies, Chief Information Officer at Cornerstone, and Vice President Software Development at SS&C Technologies. Joe studied at University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College.

Kent Williams is a Chief Financial Officer at BGRS and is based in Toronto Canada Area. He has worked as Director, Financial Planning & Reporting at COCA COLA CO; Vice President Finance at Sprott; and Vice President Finance, Planning and Analysis at Maple Leaf Foods. Kent studied at Trinity College between 1994 and 1998 and Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).

An information technology leader and expert with 25+ years experience in Information Technology. Adept at building and managing teams that deliver cost-effective, high-performance technology solutions in support of rapid growth and sustainable business models. Past roles include Chief Information Officer, Chief Architect, Director of Technology Services, Assistant VP of Technology Services, and Chief Technology Officer.
