This company is not a good place to work. It’s like being at one of the worst high schools you could imagine. Cliques, rudeness, and overall unprofessional management.
If you have a holiday off you will have to make up that time by working on Saturday. They don’t want suggestions, micro management. They just can’t seem to stick to a procedure or plan. Feels like after all these years they still can’t get it together. Owners look down on most employees. Turnovers are crazy! Maybe owners need to take a srep back and actually let the people they hire for key positions do the job they were hired to do.

I wish I had a positive answer.
Owners need to take a step back from micro managing. Managers and leads need to stop forming cliques and talking about everyone. Some if the worst management I have ever experienced.
