As an integral member of the FP&A Data and Analytics team, our overarching responsibilities are to transform our data assets into business information and insights to enable effective decision making at all levels of the company. This is a role for a detail oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
Develop a deep understanding of our company strategies and its financial impact Automate key parts of the reporting process Develop BI solutions from requirements gathering to delivery with minimal guidance Design robust data models in SAP HANADevelop and maintain reporting and dashboards, using tools available but not limited to Tableau, Alteryx, SAC, Excel, etc.Work with teams of differing technical levels

What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in data management, reporting, and data analysis Ability to plan effectively and implement timely to deadlines Detail orientated with the highest regard for accuracy and completeness Stellar problem solving and reasoning skills Experienced knowledge in data modeling, data warehousing, including standard methodologies and impact analysis Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Process) Experienced with SQL, SAP HANA, Tableau, Alteryx, Python and/or R.High level of confidence in working autonomously without constant supervision (self-starter, strong initiative, fast learner)

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Microsoft Power BI Developer in Louisville, KY.Overview:The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 solves complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 will focus on reporting and business intelligence solutions in support of organizational agile transformation. This team reports on the progress of the agile transformation initiative and on the maturity of agile teams in order to accelerate the delivery of business value.The Business Intelligence Engineer 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. They will utilize the tools, technologies, applications, and practices used to collect, integrate, analyze, and present an organization's raw data in order to create insightful and actionable business information. This person makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
* Bachelor's degree

* Less than 5 years of technical experience in data analysis

* A deep knowledge of Agile principles and experience with Agile coaching and/or transformation

* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications including Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

* Experience creating data visualization in MS Power BI

Preferred Qualifications:

* Advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

* 1 or more years of experience in SQL, SAS, or other data systems

* In-depth experience in Microsoft Excel including formulas, pivots, charts, graphs, etc.

* Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques

* Ability to use data to drive business outcomes and decisions
