This position will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of salaried and hourly employee payrolls on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis in the US and Canada, totaling ~900 employees currently. Processing includes regular, bonus and stock payrolls, and all transactions involving compensation, executive postings, expat/inpat data requests, relocation postings, merit increase cycles, one-off payments as needed, processing all tax & cash funding and all day-to-day processing requirements, decisions and interactions to ensure all deadlines are met. Year-end processing to ensure all reconciliations are balanced and adjustments are processed timely for accurate W-2 issuances. Handle general ledger processing/adjustments, employee/employer account reconciliations on a continual basis and working with various business partners on an ongoing basis to ensure accurate data submissions, and postings received from our global HR system. This position plays a vital role for the company in ensuring employees are paid timely to meet federal and state compliance requirements. In addition, this position will review current payroll processing practices and initiate automations to gain overall processing efficiencies. Participate on special projects, system upgrades and additional tasks as needed.

Requirements
+ 4-year college degree minimum
+ 10 years related Payroll experience as a minimum/ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferred
+ Strong and solid payroll processing background, high level of technical ability to deal with complex compensation payments & taxation, including inpat/expat situations. Thorough decision making and ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment. Working with highly sensitive information in an unequivocally confidential manner. Ability to use knowledge to persuade and influence the outcomes of certain situations and change inherent behaviors when needed.

What you will do

Role Purpose Statement
Ensure the food meets the standards set by regulatory health authorities and the company. The job incumbent is responsible for the implementation, auditing, assessing and training of food safety and quality management systems within the responsible Customer Service Center (CSC).
Responsible for the development, deployment, implementation, and on-going execution of the food safety preventive controls program (Policies, SOPs, Hazard Analysis, HACCP Plan, Prerequisite Food Safety Programs, Traceability & Recall Process, Allergen Programs, and Associated Records) within the assigned facility.
Main Accountabilities
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Food and Drug Administration (FDA) such as federal regulation, local regulation, United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), customer specifications and corporate food safety and quality standards, regional food safety and quality standards, taken appropriate corrective actions when needed.
Manage the food safety program and ensures that FDA FSMA preventive controls are effective and proper records are maintained.
Provide technical expertise relative to Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), food safety, sensory and quality evaluations.
Conduct monthly-required assessments of the food safety program to ensure compliance.
Conduct routine microbiological testing as defined by food safety program.
Review and analyse weekly food safety documents including HACCP logs.
Utilization of the checklists to determine consistent fulfilment of required food safety program.
Support CSC leadership with inspection/audit readiness; coach CSC before, during and after all external, food safety, quality and sanitation inspections/audit.
Supervise pest control program and contract services and suppliers related to the food safety program.
Conduct appropriate investigations regarding food safety matters and support CSC management in providing detailed information to the customers.
Perform and document periodical checks on products and services to ensure quality standards are met.
Interface with functional areas (Operations, Production, Sales, and HR), Regional Quality Team, other quality managers to ensure sustainability of the food safety program.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders across all functions and suppliers, customers and regulatory authorities.
Reporting
Monitor and prepare reports for the food safety and quality management system.
Insertion of monthly-required data in the company web based portal.

Assist the Quality Manager in specific training and daily initiatives addressing quality, food safety, and sanitation issues to drive process improvements
Conduct work station inspections to verify compliance (gold standard verification, specs, sanitizer, food temperatures, HACCP documentation, phf set-up)
Conduct portion control weight compliance to specifications
Conduct inspection checks (dispatch, galley, non-bonded, bonded, equipment)
Verify Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) logs and other documents are accurately completed on a daily basis
Create charts, trending reports, training materials and visuals
Maintain, monitor standards and train employees in compliance to the Regulated Garbage Standards to meet USDA requirements
Supports the Jump-off (commissary) locations with oversight
Train hourly employees as needed
Perform other tasks as requested

Job Requirements
The Senior Service Technician must possess a high school diploma, as well as three or more years' experience, as a shop and / or field electrical / technician.
Senior Service Technicians must exhibit knowledge of Electrical Industry manufacturing standards.
Specific standards include sections of ANSI IEEE C37 applicable to the design and manufacture of breakers and switchgear.
Specific knowledge of the following: ANSI IEEE device function numbers; ampacities of electrical conductors in switchgear applications; electrical air and surface creepage clearance requirements.
Demonstrate knowledge in the design and manufacture of bus and structural modification projects.
Powell also requires that all Service Technicians undergo Factory Certified Technician training and maintain a passing grade.
The Senior Service Technician must be experienced in the art of writing accurate and complete test reports, project summaries and has the ability to explain anomalies found on a given project.
Knowledge of basic electrical theory and control circuits i.e.: Ohm's Law; Basic AC and DC theory; contactor and circuit breaker schematics are a must.
The Senior Service Technician must be able to perform of hi-pot testing and breaker function testing. i.e.: testing of over-current and motor protection relays with current injection; acceptance testing of dielectric apparatus using over voltage testing; mechanical and electrical functional testing of circuit breakers and electrical switchgear.
The Senior Service Technician will also be expected to demonstrate proficiency with computer skills using Oracle, MS Outlook, Power DB, Word & Excel.
Additional requirements include but are not limited to:
Working knowledge with using the following test equipment: Hi potential, DLRO, Multi-meter, dial caliper.
Must demonstrate working knowledge with the use of various hand tools and mechanical adaptability.
Must have verbal and written communication skills.

Must be able to exercise good judgment in the use of hazardous materials and processes. Must maintain high quality standards set by company policies and procedures and work towards continuous improvements.
+ Installs, services, modifies, rebuilds, and repairs air-conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment in an industrial manufacturing setting in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulations.
+ Operate central plant equipment/systems (chillers, boilers, cooling towers, water treatment systems, air compressors, air handlers, pumps, etc.).
+ Troubleshoot plumbing (as it relates to HVAC), electrical, HVAC issues, take proper corrective action.
+ Respond to emergency calls for system and equipment failure.
+ Properly document preventive and corrective work activity on a daily basis utilizing the computerized maintenance management system.
+ Prioritize competing demands - follow up on work completion with customer and management.
+ Utilize Building Automation System for proper equipment operation.
+ Adhere to operational policies and procedures to meet all safety requirements.
+ Complete all preventive and corrective maintenance based on scheduled dates.
+ Perform routine lubrication, inspection, adjustments, cleaning, and replacement of consumable materials.
+ Communicate timely and effectively with all levels on Facility issues, work status, emergencies, etc.
+ Perform additional duties as requested to ensure the continued effective and efficient operation of facility systems.

+ Performs similar or related work as required, directed or as situation dictates.
**Minimum Required Qualifications:**
Education, Training and Experience:
+ High School diploma or equivalent
+ 5+ years' experience with facility operations
+ Possess S1 or S2 license.
+ Possess EPA refrigeration "Universal Certification."
+ Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Energy Management System.
+ Must have working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing systems along with the ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics.

+ Ability to be on-call for emergencies.
+ Work may be performed in restricted position(s), or with exposure to temperature/weather extremes. This work will follow established safe work procedures.
+ Work may require sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
+ Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
+ Work involves climbing and/or use of ladders.
