Prior to that time, Mr. Woodward was Senior Vice President of Licensed Watches and Jewelry for Fossil, where he was head of the Michael Kors watch and jewelry business. Robert Greenberg has served as the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since October 1993. From 1979 to 1992, Mr. Greenberg was the Chairman of the Board and President of L.A. Gear, Inc. (“L.A. Gear”), an athletic and casual footwear and apparel company.

She is a past member of the Board of Directors of Group 1 Automotive where she was Chairman of the Nominating/Governance Committee and served on the Compensation Committee. She is a past member of the Board of Directors of Jo-Ann Stores where she chaired the Compensation Committee. She served on the Boards of several Jewelry Industry organizations as well as the NACD Heartland Chapter Board of Directors. Outside of the office, Beryl is committed to serving Make-A-Wish. She is highly sought after leader among corporate, not-for-profit and jewelry industry associations and boards and is recognized for her philanthropic work. Prior to Helzberg Diamonds, Beryl held executive positions with J.C. Penney Company, Zale Corporation and Macy & Company.Beryl graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree and from Drexel University with a Master’s of Business Administration.
