Position Overview
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving calls from child support client stakeholders in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations; categorizing all calls received in one of the categories provided; record any abusive and/or extraordinary calls; and be responsible for other duties as assigned.
Must maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
Possess strong oral and written communications skills
Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures and equipment
Exhibit excellent Interpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesy
High School Diploma or equivalent required
At least one year prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or related field. Will accept equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the position duties
Must be proficient in data entry skills including keyboard, mouse and 10 key pad
Must be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM. A typing test will be administered during the interview process
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and Spanish is a must

What You'll Do
Performing daily campaign management of digital advertising (Meta, Google DV360, YouTube, Amazon, Pinterest) for Cox Automotive related properties and our clients. This includes direct campaign optimizations, creative asset retrieval & creation, platform troubleshooting, budget management, & maintaining campaign performance against target KPI's (key performance indicators).
Interact daily with internal & external teams including but not limited to media agencies, advertisers, sales, and platform vendors. Workstreams include creative asset management, campaign optimizations, performance reporting, process issues & troubleshooting, etc.

Job Responsibilities
The CNC Technician needs to have strong mechanical and electrical proficiency, to be able to troubleshoot and repair CNC equipment. This position reports directly to the Service Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Traveling to customer sites to install, fix, repair and maintain machine tool equipment and controls for customer's organizations (Company provided vehicle & gas for travel paid for by the company)
Using on-line technical documents, manuals and vendor resources to research machine issues
Ensuring accurate documentation is completed and submitted to office and customer in regards to status of machine issues, repairs, and installation
Promoting and performing preventative maintenance on customer machine tool equipment and conducting after-sales technical support and training
Possessing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of machine tool industry and product lines represented by the company
Training in CNC repair and Haas equipment is part of the on-boarding process, with factory certification within the first year.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

* Able to perform tasks independently.
* Must have own hand tools.

The Portfolio Manager manages and grows a portfolio of dealer clients across the San Francisco, CA territory with lines of credit ranging from $50,000 to $2.5M within an assigned geographic territory. Responsibilities
Optimize each client's use of the line of credit within an assigned portfolio whose lines of credit range from $50,000 to $2,500,000 by acting as floor plan subject matter expert to their portfolio of clients.

THE ROLE:
We're looking for a motivated, tech-savvy, detail-oriented Direct Buy Coordinator - serving as an account manager and Customer Service Representative. You will need to have strong negotiation skills with the ability to provide our vendors with the best possible experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Onboarding new vendors from signup to account activation.
Research and find new vendors to sign up for the Direct Buy Program.
