Pros of working at Big Brothers Big Sister

You really feel like a family - everyone is on one big team. Supervisors/CEO doesn't try to micro-manage and they make you feel really appreciated ....hard work doesn't go unnoticed :)

Cons of working at Big Brothers Big Sister

Pay - obviously they're a non-profit so it's expected...but ultimately I left my position because I wasnt able to support my family on the salary I was being paid.

They appreciate hard work...there's extra pay/benefits for productivity as well as holiday bonuses.
