THE DEVELOPMENT OF A STRONG AND ENDURING RELATIONSHIP GUIDES MENTEES TOWARD SUCCESS AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY, WITH GOALS THAT INCLUDE COMPLETION OF POSTSECONDARY EDUCATION, PREPARATION FOR SUCCESSFUL CAREERS, AND THE ABILITY TO LIVE LONG AND HEALTHY LIVES. WE PROVIDE MENTORING THROUGH ADULT-TO-CHILD AND PEER-TO-PEER SERVICE MODELS, WITH PROGRAMS INCLUDING: TRADITIONAL (COMMUNITY BASED) MENTORING, BIG COUPLES, HIGH SCHOOL BIGS, WORKPLACE MENTORING AND COLLEGE BIGS.
