Work with the district manager to accomplish the following:

Ensure employees are following posted work schedule and adhering to proper clocking procedures to accurately reflect hours worked.

Valid driver's license
Ability and willingness to obtain a Class A or Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with tanker, HAZMAT, and air brake endorsements within the first 90 days of employment, and maintain all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements per the vehicle requirements

M1 Global is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Manager to lead and oversee multiple SOC team(s), ensuring security remains a cornerstone of operational. This role involves managing a team of SOC Analysts and Supervisors. This role provides direct operational oversight of SOC services within a defined metropolitan or localized geographic area.
Key Responsibilities
* Expanded Service Oversight & Resource Allocation: Ensures timely and accurate incident reporting and coordinates SOC resource allocation to support local security needs and optimize field resource distribution.
* Field Support & Service Coordination: Delivers immediate SOC-based support to on-site security teams by relaying crucial information, managing local incident communication, and coordinating emergency drill management.
* Local Incident Service Management: Manages the escalation of multi-area incidents to the appropriate regional service level and coordination of SOC support for local incident investigations.
* Specialized SOC Services: Provides specialized services tailored to the local area, including virtual escorts, restricted camera access tours, and concierge-level security support.
* Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SOC supervisors, analysts, and support staff, including performance evaluations, training programs, and career progression planning. Foster a collaborative environment that promotes knowledge sharing and skill enhancement in areas like threat intelligence and incident response.
* Threat Intelligence and Risk Assessment: Manage the collection, analysis, and dissemination of threat intelligence to inform SOC activities. Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities in security assets and recommending strategic hardening measures.
* Crisis and Business Continuity Leadership: Provide executive-level support during major crisis events, including activating business continuity plans, disseminating organization-wide preparedness alerts, and overseeing restoration of critical operations. Collaborate with senior leadership to minimize downtime and mitigate impacts.
* Performance Metrics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Time to Acknowledge, Time to Escalate, and reporting accuracy monitoring SOC effectiveness and reporting insights to executives. Drive continuous improvement through data-driven decisions and process optimizations.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in security management, criminal justice, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred)
* 7+ years of experience in SOC experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a SOC environment.
* Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams in high-pressure, 24/7 operations.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset for risk management.
* Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and ability to navigate complex compliance landscapes.

POSITION
Hotel Night Auditor
Under direct supervision of the Front Desk Manager, responsible for management of hotel desk operations when Supervisor and/or Front Desk Manager are not on duty.
REPORTS TO
Front Desk Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides a friendly and courteous guest/employee contact experience.
Undertake a review of end-of-day receivables against logged reports
Edit all reports to ensure accuracy and full completion
Investigate any anomalies found between daily reports and receivables
Inform guests of all required information and be prepared to answer questions the guest may pose regarding the resort or local area attractions.
Maintains detailed knowledge of resort services and hours of operations.
Record reservations received verbally or in writing and enter into hotel computer system.
Check guest in and out of hotel, settling accounts with established procedures.
Quote rates and room availability in accordance with established procedures.
Follow appropriate procedures to process or cancel reservations.
Follow established phone etiquette procedures.
File, retrieve, and update reservations and related reports.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Related experience is preferred but not required.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to maintain professional status through interface with customers, management, and co-workers.
Must be able to work flexible schedules, including but not limited to extended hours, irregular shifts, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This position plays a critical role in manufacturing precision industrial equipment by reading blueprints, interpreting technical drawings, and applying welding expertise to meet production standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create quality welds according to blueprints.
• Prepare product to be welded by grinding, drilling, milling, tapping, and cutting parts.
• Ensure all equipment is properly set-up and used in a safe manner.
• Monitor machinery for appropriate usage and temperature.
• Must be able to weld components in flat, overhead, or vertical positions.
• Evaluate finished products and perform quality checks on products.
• Administer all welding activities such as riveting and welding small parts and finished products.
• Assemble old units and perform modification and repair work if required.
Skills and Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED required.
• A valid certificate in welding from an accredited institution is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a welder is required.
• Ability to read and interrupt blueprints and designs.
• Aluminum welding and heavy equipment manufacturing experience a plus.
