Operations Assistant Store Manager in Training (OASM-IT) will gain hands-on experience in the key responsibilities and functions of a Operations Assistant Store Manager at The Home Depot. The OAM - IT will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes hands-on experience, mentorship, and leadership development. Throughout their training, OAMs in Training will become familiar with Manager on Duty duties and learn to manage various aspects of the store, including associates, sales, customer service, safety standards, product availability, store presentation, and overall profitability.
