There are no pros
Don't work for this company. They treat hard working people like dirt. They promise you the and stars but its a boys club with stubborn employees who are scared of change.

Honestly they wouldn't change
The interview wasn't a challenge. Probably the easiest interview. They say whatever to get you in the door then once you are there you realize how the company isn't advanced. They spend more time opening venues rather than caring about the staff.
The compensation is horrible. Experienced applicates get nothing
There is no diversity in the Boston office. Which is so sad. They act like they are a progressive company but they aren't. which is a problem.
Nothing brought me joy. Prepare to be bored working here
