Provide great customer service to our guests! Mix, garnish and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons. Keep bar stocked of all bottled products, mixers, and glassware. Work as a team with waitress/servers to fill drink orders. Clean bar, glassware and service areas. Rings up all drink and food orders in the POS system, collects payment for drinks and/or food served, balances all receipts and follows proper cash handling procedures. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and/or the restaurant or hospitality industry. Must be at least 21 years of age. Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Previous experience providing bartender service required. Must be willing to work nights and weekends.

For more information on Hard Rock International visit ***************** Responsibilities Barbacks are responsible for keeping the bar stocked and clean while assisting bartenders in providing the necessary support to ensure prompt and friendly service to our guests. * Maintaining a clean and organized bar. * Maintaining proper product pars - through bar pulls & inventories. * Stocking liquor, beer, ice, wine and glassware throughout the shift. * Properly labeling, dating, covering and refrigerating prepped items in the bar * Performing opening, closing & side duties - setting up/breaking down the bar, cleaning glass/countertops, sweeping the floor, etc. * Rotating product to maintain freshness. * Putting away liquor/beer orders if applicable. * Preparing fruit and making scratch recipes if applicable. * Working with a sense of urgency. * Approaches guests and welcomes them upon arrival. * Assisting in communicating with guests, hosts, servers and other bussers. * Ensures ongoing guest satisfaction by assisting with food delivery, pre-bussing as necessary, removing clutter and reacting to guest needs in a timely manner. * Respond to guest inquires in a courteous and polite manner. * Creating memorable experiences for guests. * Entertaining guests to create "Raving Fans.
