The successful candidate will be principally responsible for supervising and directing the safe, efficient movement of traffic (including personnel, supplies, ore, and waste) on the rail and coordinating, tracking, monitoring, and reporting the internal movement of ore and waste production by the truck fleet and transfer operators.

Handling/assisting mine emergencies, including understanding ERP and other company response documents.
Working closely with other Dispatch Coordinators.
Controlling and initiating the end of shift blasting.
The incumbent will also be assigned to perform front-line supervisor duties, including but not limited to drug/alcohol testing, personnel issues, coordination of efforts on surface to support underground supervisor and special projects.
