Prepare and deliver effective, timely, meaningful communications (written and verbal) throughout the project lifecycle to project participants, senior leadership, and the organization.
Identify and resolves issues and conflicts within the project team. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Define project success criteria and disseminate these to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, consistent, and meaningful manner
Collaborate with Finance to run the planning and budgeting process of project(s) through the year and assess where we are on a monthly basis

Summary
The Category Merchant is responsible for managing the overall merchandising process for assigned categories, developing business objectives, achieving sales, margin and inventory goals, negotiating vendor pricing and terms, building vendor relationships, and providing leadership to the merchandise team.

Job Summary:
The Sr Own Brand & Sourcing Manager is responsible for establishing a member-centric top and bottom-line growth strategy for Own Brand products within a category set and building a product portfolio and vendor matrix to deliver against goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

* Provide outstanding customer service. Communicate with and assist customers in selection of product.
* Identify, wrap, price, and weigh all meat department items in accordance with specified procedures outlined by standard practice.
* Stock the fresh, frozen, and self-service cases using proper rotation procedures.
* Receive any meat delivery, code, rotate, and put in appropriate storage area.
* Wash, rinse and sanitize all cases, wrap stations/area, scaling equipment, cooler, cutting room, including disassembling and re-assembling equipment therein.
