Position Overview:
To provide optimal dental care that both addresses and reduces the oral health disparities among the population served by ONE Health Ohio. Under the general guidance of the Dental Director, the Dentist will encompass a range of skills including operative procedures and patient education along with the coordination of preventative policies and procedures.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Clinical supervison of Dental Assistants, Hygenists and EFDAs
Essential Job Functions:
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and ONE Health Ohio support staff.
* Develop and discuss dental treatment plan for each patient.
* Respond to patient complaints, concerns and questions in a positive, helpful manner.
* Discuss any dental procedures with the patient prior to treatment.
* Educate the patient about dental diseases, causes and prevention.

Requirements for employment: a valid driver license, independent personal vehicle used to move between 3 to 4 different NHA locations per day (mileage reimbursed), and the personal vehicle must be insured.
The Housekeeper works under general supervision of the Housekeeping Manager to assure the cleanliness of NHA clinics and work locations following established work duty checklists and cleaning schedules while adhering to established infection control standards.
General Duties:
Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors.
Vacuum, clean carpets and rugs.
Dust and polish furniture and fittings.
Empty and clean trash containers.
Dispose of trash in a sanitary manner.

Job DescriptionSalary: $24-26 hourly
Neighborhood Health Association coordinates with and provides nutrition services to the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) supplemental food program clients.. Plans, develops, directs, and evaluates the nutritionalcomponentof the WIC program.
Responsible for certification, rectification, and follow-up:
Obtain and assess diet and health history of patient Review medical record as applicable
Determination and explanation of medical/nutritional risk, assignment of medical code/ priority.
Make eligibility determination and notify client of outcome
Provide individualized nutrition counseling and make referrals
Prescribe and explain food package
Explain participant rights and responsibilities
Determine income level when needed
Have client sign appropriate forms
Record certification data
Removes participants no longer eligible for WIC
Responsible for Education Classes:
Assessespatients'needs and assigns to appropriate classes
Plans and teaches all education classes
Prepares proper lesson plans for each class
Counsels individual patients deemed high risk
Prepares, reviews, and selects all education materials
Provides initial, periodic and intervention nutrition counseling to high-risk OB patients
Skills/Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics
Completion of a certified internship or AP4 through the American Academy of Dietetics, Registered Dietitian with the American Academy of Dietetics
Licensed Dietitian with the State of Ohio Board of Dietetics

Position Overview:
As a medical assistant you will assist in the delivery of care for adult and pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides clinical support to providers by preparing patients for medical examinations and documenting key information into EHR system.
* Educate patients on prenatal and chronic disease management under provider direction.
* Perform clinical tasks such as administering medications, diagnostic testing, and assisting with treatments under provider supervision.
* Execute essential skills, including blood pressure readings, EKGs, lab test, vision test and specimen collection.
* Ensure timely patient care by rooming patients promptly and monitoring wait times.
* Maintain and sterilize equipment, monitor tracking systems and adhere to OSHA and infection control policies.
* Schedule referrals, manage phone messages, and coordinate prescription calls under provider guidance.
* Contribute to a clean, safer work environment.
* Other duties as assigned, up to and including travel to other locations that may be required.
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
* Medical Assistant school diploma/certification.
* Minimum of 1 year clinical experience
* BLS CPR Certification
