Who we seek: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Customer Success Manager to join our expanding team, focusing on the West. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers derive maximum value from BigID's platform, while proactively identifying and addressing challenges and opportunities. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success in the region.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and nurturing long-term relationships with our most strategic clients, ensuring their success by leveraging our product offerings, providing proactive solutions, and aligning customer goals with business outcomes. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and support teams to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.
What you'll do:
* Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value and complex customer accounts, acting as an advocate for their success and ensuring they realize the full value of the product/service.
* Strategic Guidance: Partner with customers to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges, providing tailored strategies to maximize product adoption and ROI.
* Proactive Account Management: Develop and execute account plans, driving product adoption, usage, and retention through regular check-ins, training, and performance reviews.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Support teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner.
* Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks to customer satisfaction and outcomes. Monitor potential blockers related to contracts or deliverables, mobilizing resources to resolve issues swiftly and efficiently.
* Customer Retention and Growth: Lead renewal and expansion efforts within your accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
* Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze key customer metrics (e.g., usage, satisfaction, churn) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior Customer Success Managers and share best practices across the team.
* Thought Leadership: Be a subject matter expert on the company's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and innovations to provide strategic insights to customers.
* Standardized Engagement Models: Implement and maintain standardized engagement models for customer assignments, ensuring clarity and alignment for both customers and internal teams.
* Promote Best Practices & Optimizations: Advocate for process improvements, deploy playbooks, and optimize workflows to ensure consistency, scalability, and success across BigID's offerings. Guide customers through strategic decision-making, driving operational improvements and advocating for necessary changes.
What you'll bring:
* Experience: 7+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, with at least 3+ years in a senior or strategic account management role, managing a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, with a proven ability to drive results and lead customer initiatives to success.
* Industry Knowledge: A strong background in big data, privacy, data governance, or information security, either from a customer or vendor perspective. Consulting experience is a strong plus.
* Regional Expertise: At least 3 years of experience working in the West Region.
* Proven Success: A track record of driving customer adoption, identifying opportunities for growth, and mitigating risk to ensure renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
* Strategic Insight: A deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue models, with the ability to align customer goals with BigID's solutions for maximum impact.
* Technical Acumen: Familiarity with on-premise and/or cloud data environments, and the ability to navigate complex technical landscapes.
* Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers at all levels, including executives, to present solutions and influence strategic decisions.
* Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with experience thriving in fast-paced startup environments.
* Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the context of big data challenges.
* Educational Background: A BS/BA degree is required.

The annual base salary range is $145,000 - $170,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies. We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Customer Success Ops Manager to join our Global Business Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and enabling our Customer Success organization to achieve its goals. You will be responsible for managing customer churn and upsell forecasting, reporting on key performance indicators, administering CSM team tools, and owning processes that ultimately boost customer net dollar retention (NDR). What you'll do:

Lead churn and upsell forecasting along with leadership
Work with Customer Success Directors to improve processes around renewal management, upsell sales process, risk tracking, account escalation, and more
Implement new processes, programs, and/or tools that can boost team productivity
Administer and drive adoption for Customer Success Management software
Lead calls that establish a regular cadence for the team to be reviewing and actioning key items
What you'll bring:
5+ years of experience in operations with enterprise software services group or management consulting

Who we seek:

Experience in information technology, with at least 1-2 years in a customer-facing role - preferably involved in product implementation and hands-on technical activities within enterprise corporate environments
Understand operational parameters and troubleshooting for a combination of the following: Compute, Storage, Networking, Databases, DevOps, Big Data and Analytics, Security, Applications Development
Advanced experience in problem identification, system architecture definition, hardware/software specification and/or design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment

An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, or other related technical disciplines. A graduate degree in a technical or business discipline is a strong plus. (Extensive professional experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.)
Meaningful experience with installation, configuration and management of Linux-based Operating Systems, including basic shell proficiency (bash, sh, ksh, tcsk, etc.), experience with package management systems (apt/dpkg, yum/rpm, etc.), file archiving tools (tar, gz, zip, bz2), remote access and file transfer protocols (SSH, SCP, SFTP/FTP), file sharing technology (NFS, CIFS/SMB), and authentication frameworks (LDAP, Kerberos)
Basic experience with some RDBMS, such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, IBM DB2, etc.
Hands on experience in Docker and Kubernetes deployments
Demonstrated experience in writing code projects with Python, C++, C# and Java - major advantage.

Who we seek:
We're seeking an FP&A Manager to join our Finance team and provide financial planning and analysis activities for our Customer Success and Client Services divisions. Reporting to the Senior Manager of FP&A, the FP&A Manager will play a critical role in driving financial insights, providing strategic guidance, and supporting decision-making processes to ensure the long-term success of our product and initiatives. What you'll do:
Provide FP&A support for Post-Sales (Customer Success and Client Services), collaborating closely with the respective leaders to drive financial performance and ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Maintain accurate records of employee headcount across departments, locations, and cost centers
Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets that provide accurate insights into the performance and profitability of post-sales functions
Develop operational KPIs and financial metrics to track post-sales performance
Conduct rigorous financial analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, and identify risks and opportunities to optimize resource allocation, drive growth, and improve profitability
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Training and Business Operations to gather inputs, validate assumptions, and provide financial guidance for post-sales initiatives, including capacity planning, services scalability, and customer retention strategies
Create and maintain monthly and quarterly financial planning processes, including the preparation and presentation of financial reports, variance analysis, and KPIs for senior leadership and stakeholders
Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5+ years experience in FP&A, preferably in SaaS, technology, or professional services
Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services teams
Strong understanding of post-sales business models, including renewals, churn, ARR expansion, and service profitability
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders
Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and NetSuite. Experience with FP&A tools is a plus.

Who we seek:
