Bigleaf Networks CEO and leadership

Joel has over 10 years of executive leadership experience in designing and managing telecommunications systems. Prior to Bigleaf, Joel served as the CIO and Network Architect for Freewire Broadband, where he designed and managed the building and scaling of a custom RF network platform from concept to 500+ locations. He also created, staffed and led a 24/7 Network Operation Center, managed R&D, and oversaw relevant core network upgrades. Outside of Freewire, Joel also designed, prototyped and successfully patented a wireless data monitoring system for the firefighting industry. Joel has a track record of building teams, systems and personal skills to turn overwhelming challenges into successes.

Jeff has over 15 years of sales and leadership experience in the telecommunications industry. Prior to Bigleaf, Jeff served as the Director of Sales for Freewire Broadband, a fixed wireless provider in the northwest, where he built both an inside and outside direct sales team. Jeff also served as the Interim President of Freewire during a leadership transition in 2012. Prior to Freewire, Jeff had a successful sales career at Qwest Communications, serving in multiple sales and marketing capacities. Jeff is also an experienced entrepreneur, successfully launching a DVD kiosk startup in 2012. In his free time, Jeff enjoys family, sports, and cooking.

Caroline has a strong passion for working with and supporting fast growing companies through her expertise and leadership in finance and accounting operations. Prior to joining Cloudability, Caroline was VP of Finance at Axiom EPM, another Portland based enterprise SaaS company that focused on performance management tools. And before that, she served in senior roles at Nike and Price Waterhouse Coopers. She’s an active CPA in the State of Oregon and holds a Masters in Accounting from the University of Oregon, Charles H. Lundquist College of Business.
