Job Purpose and Impact
The CustomerService Generalist will process routine customer facing order management activities. In this role, you will use your general understanding of customerservice practices and procedures to help execute well established customerservice activities for basic and middle service level customers. You will contribute to an increased level of transparency, communication and responsiveness with the company's customers.
Key Accountabilities
Receive and process straightforward customer orders across multiple platforms following standard procedures.
Receive and process clerical and administrative change requests following defined policies and procedures.
Assist customers and senior staff with order status, invoices, contract balances and other information needed to complete an order.
Assist in processing standard document requests from customers and confirm final shipping and quality documentation and specifications to customer.
Escalate undocumented issues that are not commonly defined or known to higher level staff.
Proactively identify risks and opportunities, within area of scope, to improve the order management processes.
Handle complex clerical, administrative, technical or customer support issues under minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Patient Support Center Supervisor
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
About the Role
The Patient Support Center Supervisor plays a key role in managing the daily operations of the Patient Assistance Center. This individual is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The Supervisor must lead by example, demonstrating strong leadership, motivation, and training capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing team of 8-10 collectors
80% coaching, training, and managing staff
20% taking calls to assist with volume or process auditing
Hire, train, and coach representatives to maximize performance and productivity.
Assign daily tasks, manage workflow, and step in to assist with calls when needed.
Monitor team metrics including call times, unavailable time, wrap-up time, and collection commitments.
Identify workflow issues and propose solutions to management.
Foster a positive, motivating, and high-performing work environment.
Maintain compliance with department procedures and policies.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience as a frontline production employee, such as a collections representative.
Prior experience in medical billing preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
First-party collections experience.
Previous supervisory experience in a collections or call center environment.
Background in healthcare or medical collections.

The Opportunity:

The Client Experience Specialist reports to and takes direction from the Client Experience Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly over the phone, provide expert guidance and build lasting relationships.
Troubleshoot issues, resolve concerns efficiently and ensure client satisfaction.
Educate clients on our services, assist with client onboarding, and mark a real impact on client success.
Communicate with different departments to answer client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the company database.
Qualifications

More about this role:
As a member of the Applied Fluid Power Network, you will partner with our external customers and internal customers (parent company account managers) to find products and services, solve customer needs, and build ongoing positive business relationships in an industrial environment. This branch is a small operation consisting of two to three employees, which requires all associates to be able to perform all functions required in the branch.
* Respond to customer inquiries, create price quotes, process orders, expedite parts, and process returns. Professionally handle requests from customers to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly. Requests are received via phone, email, fax, and as communicated by sales associates.
* Sourcing parts from core vendors and alternative vendors when needed. Recommend and source the most profitable products, utilizing internal inventory first, supplier inventory as an alternate option, to meet or improve upon the customer required dates.
* Continuously identifying process & product improvements that positively impact the Customer's experience.
* Assist in generating sales and growing revenue for the branch. Proactively review open customer orders and pending quotes to ensure on-time responses, shipments, and conversion of quotes to orders. Promote the best long-term solutions to our customers.
* Communicate disruptions in service levels, approval requests, corrective actions needed, customer feedback, and preventative actions to management.

Check and match packing slip with purchase order; count and verify; record and route copies as prescribed.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counting as required.
* Perform all duties required of the branch, functioning as both inside sales/customerservice and all warehouse duties.
* Maintain all work areas in a neat and orderly condition. Detect and report all faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operation or unusual condition to a supervisor. Observe all prescribed safety rules and regulations.
* Occasionally assist with the loading, unloading and securing of loads when preparing materials for shipment.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ year customerservice or inside sales, mechanical or maintenance experience. Industrial distribution or parts counter environment preferred.
* Attention to detail, sense of urgency, and strong inter-personal skills.
* Strong mechanical aptitude is required.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* A working knowledge of warehouse systems and processes.
