This is a critical role that will play a foundational part in driving pipeline and building the proven infrastructure required to reach BILL's multi-million dollar revenue goals from the enterprise segment.

The GTM Analytics team is the central nervous system for the entire Go-to-Market organization. We provide the data, insights, and strategic guidance that powers our Sales and Marketing teams. We are embarking on a mission to build a world-class GTM Engine-an intelligent, data-driven system that delivers actionable recommendations directly into the hands of our revenue-generating teams.
This is where you come in. We are looking for a highly analytical and technically-savvy Senior Analyst to be a foundational member of the team building this engine. You will be the critical bridge between the business (our GTM teams), our data experts (Central Analytics, Data Operations), and the technology that powers them. If you are passionate about turning data into action and seeing your work directly impact revenue growth and customer happiness, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Be a Pioneer of the GTM Engine: Partner with GTM Technology & Operations and cross-functional analytics teams to design, build, and maintain the operational dataset that powers our recommendation engine.
Bridge Insights to Action: Translate complex analytical models from our data teams into clear, actionable recommendations. You will then own the process of systematically delivering these recommendations into our core GTM tools like Inflection and Gainsight.
Ensure Data Integrity and Flow: Act as the business owner for the "last mile" of analytics. While our Data Operations team owns the data pipelines, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the data flowing through them. You will identify lags and issues, validate the business logic, and partner with Data Operations to drive resolutions.
Collaborate and Translate: Serve as a key liaison between business and technical teams. You will work closely with Growth Marketing, Central Analytics, Risk Analytics, and CX Analytics to understand their insights, and then partner with GTM Technology and Operations to implement them technically.
Measure What Matters: Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting in our BI tools to monitor the adoption, performance, and ultimate business impact of the GTM Engine's recommendations on key metrics like conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and customer retention.
Become the Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the go-to resource for how our GTM data and insights are operationalized, and proactively identify new opportunities to enhance our GTM Engine.
We'd love to chat if you have:
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a highly analytical role such as Business Intelligence, GTM/Sales/Marketing Operations, or Data Analytics. Experience at a high-growth SaaS or Fintech company is strongly preferred.
Technical Proficiency:
SQL & Data Modeling: Advanced proficiency in SQL is a must. You are an expert at writing complex queries and transforming data. Experience with data modeling and transformation using dbt is required.
BI & Visualization: Strong proficiency in building insightful and user-friendly dashboards and reports in a BI tool like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
GTM Systems: Deep understanding of the GTM technology stack. Hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC) as an admin or power user is highly desirable.
Scripting: Experience with a scripting language like Python or R for data analysis and automation is strongly preferred.
Modern Data Stack: Familiarity with modern data warehouse environments (e.g., Snowflake, Starburst, Redshift) and related tooling is a plus. Experience with a CDP like Segment or GTM Automation platforms like Inflection is also beneficial.
Analytical Mindset: You have a knack for deconstructing complex business problems, identifying the key data required, and translating findings into a clear, actionable narrative.
Exceptional Collaborator & Communicator: You excel at working with diverse teams and can fluently translate business requirements to technical teams and technical capabilities to business stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented & Accountable: You understand that data accuracy is paramount and take full ownership of your work, from initial query to final implementation.
Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs and live within 45 miles of one of these locations or relocate by the start date. Fully remote work is not available for this position.
