Prior experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or operations support role-ideally within a service-based or construction-related business. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities. Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Calendar, etc.) and scheduling or CRM software (Service Fusion experience is a plus).
