The Account Support Representative, Columbus (OH) plays a key supporting role within the regional sales team, assisting in the management and growth of accounts across the entire region. This individual will support field sales representatives, provide exceptional customer support, and help maintain strong client relationships. The Account Support Representative will also provide coverage in open territories, ensuring continuity of service and sales activity. This is a field sales position and reports to a Regional Manager - Prenatal.
Responsibilities:
Provide regional assistance by supporting the daily needs of the sales team across the assigned territory.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through proactive account support.
Assist with onboarding and training new customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution.
Provide coverage for open territories, including in-person or virtual customer meetings as needed.
Coordinate sample logistics, marketing materials, and other operational tasks as needed.
Collaborate closely with internal departments such as marketing, sales operations, and customer support to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a science, healthcare, or business-related field.
1+ years of experience in a sales support or customer-facing role; healthcare or medical sales background strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and CRM systems like Salesforce.
Willingness to travel regionally to support field coverage, up to 50% travel required.

We are looking for a field-based professional Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Oncology with scientific and clinical expertise in oncology to support our oncology portfolio of liquid biopsy products. The Medical Science Liaison (MSL), Oncology is a remote position and reports to our Associate Director, Medical Affairs.
Region: US Central Time (Texas, Oklahoma)
Responsibilities:
Serve as a key liaison to Health Care Providers (HCPs) in the oncology space regarding liquid biopsy and BillionToOne products
Serve as a key member of the BillionToOne Oncology Medical Affairs team
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) by engaging in scientific exchange with medical and scientific partners
Support commercial team by providing impactful information that enhances the value and proper use of BillionToOne products
Respond to HCP customer inquiries to provide focused and balanced clinical and scientific information that supports the appropriate use of or clinically differentiates BillionToOne's products and services
Contribute to development of provider and patient educational products
Adhere to internal standard processes and comply with regulatory and compliance requirements

We are hiring a Vice President of Medical Affairs, Oncology to lead the execution of all medical affairs and clinical development initiatives for our oncology product line. This operationally focused leader will manage and scale the teams responsible for provider education (MSL), clinical study strategy and execution (Clinical Affairs), and data-driven insights generation (Oncology Translational Research).

BillionToOne is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst who will play a pivotal role in driving technology solutions across our finance function. This is a hands-on manager-level role, responsible for the administration, optimization, and integration of financial systems to support scaling operations and compliance with public company standards.

Responsibilities:
Financial Systems Support & Administration
Assist with the administration and day-to-day support of financial technologies, including ERP systems and related finance tools.

Maintain systems and processes in alignment with internal control frameworks and SOX readiness efforts.
Support audit activities by preparing system documentation, ensuring accuracy of financial system data, and providing required system access evidence.

Qualifications:
4-5+ years of experience supporting financial systems, preferably with hands-on NetSuite administration.
Experience supporting financial audits and understanding of internal controls (SOX exposure preferred).
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
Demonstrated ability to support finance system enhancements and assist with system projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

We are looking for a Revenue Cycle/Medical Collections Associate to be responsible for focusing on collections and appeals from various Federal, State, & Third Party (HMO, PPO, IPA, TPA Indemnity) payers. This is a remote position and will report to the Manager of Reimbursement Operations. The ideal candidate must be able to:
(1) Optimize payment reimbursements by reviewing accounts for billing accuracy and health plan coverage.
(2) Be persuasive and persistent when following up on claims status, and
(3) process an appeal, resubmit/rebill, or forward claims for adjudication as necessary.
Responsibilities:
Verify claim was submitted to correct insurance.
Review/update patient demographics and information for accuracy.
Process and validate payor requests and claims via correspondence, remittance advice and EOBs (i.e., identify payment discrepancies, inappropriate requests)
Investigate all denied services to determine reason and appeal, if appropriate. Identify and report root causes associated with denials to reduce/resolve issues.
Process assigned appeals including submission, tracking, reporting and evaluation of appeal outcomes (i.e., next steps, improved outcomes)
Maximize utilization of Billing system, tools and resources to support cash collection activities
Review various reports including aging outstanding and denial reports.
Comply with Federal and State legislation on all billing related matters.

BillionToOne has recently launched two oncology liquid biopsy products: Northstar Select⢠and Northstar Response⢠for late-stage solid-tumor cancer patients. Northstar Select⢠is a comprehensive pan-cancer somatic mutation profiling panel. Northstar Response⢠is a methylation-based, tissue-agnostic treatment response monitoring assay.
As a member of the oncology clinical genomics team, you are responsible for helping with day-to-day commercial reporting operations, including variant interpretation and report drafting. Working closely with the medical team, you will develop interpretation and reporting policies based on the latest publications and guidelines, and help scale-up our ever growing reporting needs. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Clinical Genomics, Oncology in a remote-based position or at our Menlo Park location.

Responsibilities:
Somatic variant interpretation and data review: Perform somatic-based variant interpretation, diving into the literature and databases to classify variants and match treatments for reporting, performing verification as required with BAM file analysis.
Clinical report drafting: Carefully draft reports for each requisition primarily using in-house reporting API, working closely with the engineering and QA teams on reporting, and the laboratory directors on report language.
Somatic mutation interpretation and reporting policy development: Work closely with lab directors, R&D, medical, and other related functions to develop and modify the somatic interpretation SOPs in accordance with ACMG/AMP guidelines, and the latest published literature.
Content curation: Contribute to curation of gene-level content such as domain and critical residue curation.Molecular tumor board: Serve as a subject matter expert in consulting with the medical science liaison team, and presenting in molecular tumor boards to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Contribute to oncology R&D: Work closely with the R&D team to help with somatic oncology based projects, providing expertise on variant interpretation, biological pathways/mechanisms, and other gene/variant-level reviews and analyses.
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Human Genetics, M.S. in Genetic Counseling, or related field
2+ years of experience in somatic variant interpretation based on ACMG/AMP guidelines in a clinical setting (alternatively, 1+ years of germline variant interpretation
and
1+ years of somatic variant interpretation experience)
Hands-on experience working with human mutation databases (COSMIC, ClinVar, OncoKB), functional annotation sources (db SNP), and genome browsers (UCSC)
Familiarity with IGV and BAM file analysis and data-minded willingness to learn to use basic bioinformatics tools, with technically minded insights

Set and enforce best practices for security, scalability, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).

Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Clinical teams to align integration efforts with broader business objectives.
Represent the EMR integration function in executive meetings, client engagements, and industry conferences.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership, including KPIs, integration performance metrics, and risk assessments.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in healthcare IT, EMR integration, or clinical interoperability, including at least 2-3 years in a people or project leadership role.
Solid technical expertise in major EMR platforms and interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, CDA, SMART on FHIR, APIs).
Proven track record in delivering complex integration projects on time and within scope.
Experience managing small-to-mid-sized technical teams.

Lead the onboarding process for new sales team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed from day one.

For this position, we offer a total compensation range of $241,946 - $311,536 per year (at plan), including a base salary range of $168,346 - $184,186 per year (based on the level and experience). Commission's potential is uncapped and can be significant.

We are looking for a field-based professional Oncology Account Executive, Cincinnati OH/Northern KY with scientific and clinical expertise to support our oncology portfolio of liquid biopsy products. The position is responsible for driving sales volume for BillionToOne's Northstar Liquid biopsy products and services, while cultivating relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community in the designated geography. The Oncology Account Executive is a field based position and reports to a Regional Manager - Oncology.
Responsibilities:
Increasing revenue and driving market development through direct sales to individual Oncologists
Creating and implementing a strategic business plan to grow revenue quickly in your geography
Sales efforts include effective prospecting and cultivating new business and maintaining key relationships
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Demonstrated successful sales track record (e.g., Presidents club, Chairman's club, Rookie of the Year, or a history of success - at or above goal for multiple quarters/years)
Experience selling to medical providers
Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical or surgical devices
Lives within the defined territory and centrally located to defined accounts
Commitment to travel within defined territory
Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with demonstrated ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers
Effective time management skills required with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize opportunity required
Exceptionally bright, flexible, self-motivated and results oriented with strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
Must act with a sense of urgency, with a focus on closing business
Ability to assess the needs of medical professionals and staff members with a focus on consultative sales, coordination of logistics, and problem solving
Strong desire to work in a startup environment and must work independently with an internal drive to be successful
