As a Seasonal Room Attendant, you will:
May be asked to support Housekeeping teams at multiple properties in our portfolio. Shuttle service would be provided as needed.
Clean rooms per assignment and per hotel standards.
Refers guest complaints concerning housekeeping service to Lead Housekeeper.
Notifies Lead Housekeeper of any needed repairs.
Helps guest and associates in every way possible when called upon and does it willingly and pleasantly.
Provide exceptional service to hotel guests.
Brings lost items to the attention of the Lead Housekeeper.
Essential Elements
The cleanliness of our facilities is of the utmost importance at our hotels. It takes a team of dedicated individuals to accomplish this every day. Successful candidates must be strong team players. At least one year of experience in hotel housekeeping a plus.
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Should have knowledge of hotel housekeeping and/or general cleaning techniques.
Physical:
Must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds. Must be capable of constant walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to work with cleaning products and solvents regularly.
Housing:
Position qualifies for optional employee-only shared housing, including utilities, at $125 per week which is payroll deducted if employee elects. Bi-weekly housing inspections are required, and if damages are found employee will be deducted in small portions of paycheck.

Job Summary:
The Front Office Manager will provide leadership and guidance to Front Office staff to ensure consistent quality service is provided. Actively support the Assistant General Manager (AGM) in managing the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding objectives for revenue and ensuring guest satisfaction. Works in collaboration with the hotel leadership team. Manage the Front Office area in accordance with hotel brand and company standards to achieve a friendly atmosphere of superior guest service and product quality. Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's visit and provides exemplary performance for staff to follow.
Essential Elements:
Lead Front Desk and Guest Service team members to ensure smooth and efficient operation across all shifts and through all phases of the guest experience.
Provide a model to team members for outstanding service for guests and hotel associates across all departments.
Train and develop current and new staff members to perform at a peak level by empowering them to solve guest issues and creatively sell out the hotel.
Maintain Front Office brand compliance and company standards are achieved.
Monitor and follow up with all guest issues and feedback.
Responsible for Accounts Receivable related to the Front Office, with assistance and guidance from AGM.
Collaborate with Human Resources with selection and training of Front Office team members and monitoring performance through periodic review process.
Act as hotel Manager on Duty (MOD) while on duty and ensures continuity of MOD coverage across all shifts.
Assimilate into Hilton Hotels & Resorts culture of Blue Energy through understanding, supporting, and participating in all elements and hotel programs. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to:
Associate's degree in Hospitality and Tourism, or other applicable field of study;
AND at least four (4) years of experience in Front Office and supervisory experience.
CPR certification and/or first aid training preferred.
Additional language abilities are a plus.
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Effectively communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience and diplomacy to defuse issues, collect and analyze accurate information, and resolve opportunities.
Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels.
Computer skills adequate to serve as an end user of OnQ hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite products.
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to navigate stressful situations during busy periods. Maintain a sense of urgency when following up with internal and external customers.
Physical Requirements:
Requires finger agility, grasping, writing, constant standing, sitting, frequent walking, repetitive motions, hearing, visual insight, and may, on occasion, have to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.

As a Biltmore Farms Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor, you are more than just a welcoming presence, you are the first impression our guests have to our hotel and to our city. The ideal candidate has good communication skills along with mathematics and accounting experience. The Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor also fulfills the role of overnight Manager on Duty, which is responsible for the security of the hotel property, completes a Manager on Duty daily report, and has authority to make guest-related decisions for the hotel in the absence of the General Managers.
As a Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor, you will:
Serves as the Manager on Duty during the overnight hours in absence of Front Office Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
Uses critical thinking and creative management skills to solve guest and team member problems. Ensures compliance with company standards to ensure consistent high-quality guest relations.
Manages desk, resolves guest concerns, handles emergencies and other challenges that may occur during the assigned shift. Implements resolutions by using discretion and judgment.
This role also supports the entire Front Office department, including guest service duties of the Bellperson, Concierge, and Shuttle Driver.
Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, uses a positive and clear speaking voice, listens to and understands requests, issues, and situations from both guests and team members.
Ensures accurate billing upon completion of guests stay to ensure standards of quality and service.
Completes auto-posting of all charges when closing out the day.
Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
Reads the front desk log daily and including those from days not onsite. Is aware of daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
Assist in guest transportation, including driving the hotel shuttle as needed
Works overnight shifts with flexible schedule which include weekends and holidays.
Supportive Functions
Because of the nature of work, the Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor must be easily accessible by phone when not working for front office inquiries and emergencies. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by management based upon the particular requirements of the company.
Handles guest relocations as required.
Prepares daily forecast of expected arrivals and departures.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
At least a two-year Associate degree preferred, but not required. Additional college education is a plus. Physical:

As a Seasonal Room Attendant, you will:
May be asked to support Housekeeping teams at multiple properties in our portfolio. Shuttle service would be provided as needed.
Clean rooms per assignment and per hotel standards.
Refers guest complaints concerning housekeeping service to Lead Housekeeper.
Notifies Lead Housekeeper of any needed repairs.
Helps guest and associates in every way possible when called upon and does it willingly and pleasantly.
Provide exceptional service to hotel guests.
Brings lost items to the attention of the Lead Housekeeper.
Essential Elements
The cleanliness of our facilities is of the utmost importance at our hotels. It takes a team of dedicated individuals to accomplish this every day. Successful candidates must be strong team players. At least one year of experience in hotel housekeeping a plus.
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent is required. Should have knowledge of hotel housekeeping and/or general cleaning techniques.
Physical:
Must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds. Must be capable of constant walking, lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling. Must be able to work with cleaning products and solvents regularly.
Housing:
Position qualifies for optional employee-only shared housing, including utilities, at $125 per week which is payroll deducted if employee elects. Bi-weekly housing inspections are required, and if damages are found employee will be deducted in small portions of paycheck.

Essential Elements
As a Biltmore Farms Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor, you are more than just a welcoming presence, you are the first impression our guests have to our hotel and to our city. The ideal candidate has good communication skills along with mathematics and accounting experience. The Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor also fulfills the role of overnight Manager on Duty, which is responsible for the security of the hotel property, completes a Manager on Duty daily report, and has authority to make guest-related decisions for the hotel in the absence of the General Managers.
As a Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor, you will:
Serves as the Manager on Duty during the overnight hours in absence of Front Office Manager and/or Assistant General Manager.
Uses critical thinking and creative management skills to solve guest and team member problems. Ensures compliance with company standards to ensure consistent high-quality guest relations.
Manages desk, resolves guest concerns, handles emergencies and other challenges that may occur during the assigned shift. Implements resolutions by using discretion and judgment.
This role also supports the entire Front Office department, including guest service duties of the Bellperson, Concierge, and Shuttle Driver.
Greets customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, uses a positive and clear speaking voice, listens to and understands requests, issues, and situations from both guests and team members.
Ensures accurate billing upon completion of guests stay to ensure standards of quality and service.
Completes auto-posting of all charges when closing out the day.
Thoroughly understands and adheres to proper credit, check-cashing, and cash-handling policies and procedures.
Reads the front desk log daily and including those from days not onsite. Is aware of daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
Assist in guest transportation, including driving the hotel shuttle as needed
Works overnight shifts with flexible schedule which include weekends and holidays.
Supportive Functions
Because of the nature of work, the Night Auditor / Front Desk Supervisor must be easily accessible by phone when not working for front office inquiries and emergencies. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by management based upon the particular requirements of the company.
Handles guest relocations as required.
Prepares daily forecast of expected arrivals and departures.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
Specific Job Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect and analyze accurate information and resolve conflicts.
Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system, including DoubleTree by Hilton property management systems.
Interpersonal skills to provide overall guest satisfaction.
Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:
At least a two-year Associate degree preferred, but not required. Additional college education is a plus. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace. Must be able to speak and understand the primary language(s) used by guest who visit the workplace. Previous hotel or service-related experience required.
Physical:
Requires finger agility, grasping, writing, constant standing, sitting, frequent walking, repetitive motions, visual insight, and may, on occasion, lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
