no management, no one gets back to you when a problem arises, will not anwser their phones, respond to texts or email.

What do you like best about Bimbo Bakeries's CEO and the leadership team?

There are no CEO at all, he was fired finally. The there is no one who will answer their phones, texts or emails. In other words NO COMMUNICATION of any kind.

How would you improve Bimbo Bakeries's culture?

Hire experienced people who have the background of a bakery not someone who works for car rentals how are they to know what is needed for the driver. Stop adding product that the driver does not need. Not all stores are the same.

Compensation use to be great but now you can't even make enough to support your family.

What do you like best about Bimbo Bakeries's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing all I already posted is why! We’re just numbers to them ! Especially since the company has grossed almost 9 billion dollars last year. I guess they’re hurting for money.

How would you improve Bimbo Bakeries's culture?

Stop cutting our pay and raise the pay for new hires which is why we can’t keep anyone.

How did you prepare for the Bimbo Bakeries interview?

When I started it was a great company, but over the years they’ve simply gotten greedy and forgotten who is on the front line doing the hardest part of the job for this company!

It doesn’t since they keep cutting salaries!

Don’t care!

What brings you the most joy at Bimbo Bakeries?

Looking forward to retiring as soon as I can to get the heck out of here and they completely become a non union company and getting rid of everyone so they can ship directly to the stores and everyone will be gone!

The people want to do well and put their all into the process and production of goods for the consumer. I enjoyed seeing this everyday.
