Steven also previously led sales for a number of PepsiCo’s largest food and beverage brands, leading multi-channel and cross-functional teams to deliver revenue, profit and growth. Steven joined PepsiCo in 2001 as part of PepsiCo’s acquisition of the Quaker Oats Company, which he joined in 1997, and has held leadership positions of increased responsibility in sales, general management, customer management, sales planning and shopper marketing. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a graduate of the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at Harvard Business School. In October 2013, Dimitrios Smyrnios was named chief executive officer of Schwan's Company. He is the sixth CEO since the company's founding in 1952. Earlier, Dimitrios began his career with the Frito Lay division of PepsiCo, where he spent eight years in progressive roles with sales and marketing teams. In 1993, he joined Nestle Waters North America in southern California. What do you like best about Bimbo Bakeries's CEO and the leadership team?

There are no CEO at all, he was fired finally. The there is no one who will answer their phones, texts or emails. In other words NO COMMUNICATION of any kind.

How would you improve Bimbo Bakeries's culture?

Hire experienced people who have the background of a bakery not someone who works for car rentals how are they to know what is needed for the driver. Stop adding product that the driver does not need. Not all stores are the same.
