none now use to be a good place to work for
no management, no one gets back to you when a problem arises, will not anwser their phones, respond to texts or email.
health insurande
There are no CEO at all, he was fired finally. The there is no one who will answer their phones, texts or emails. In other words NO COMMUNICATION of any kind.
Hire experienced people who have the background of a bakery not someone who works for car rentals how are they to know what is needed for the driver. Stop adding product that the driver does not need. Not all stores are the same.
didn't
Compensation use to be great but now you can't even make enough to support your family.
Doesn't matter.
Really nothing it is just a job
Zero pros, cutting salaries and routes
Less pay
Zero I can think of since company has gotten extremely greedy and forgotten about their employees and families
Nothing all I already posted is why! We’re just numbers to them ! Especially since the company has grossed almost 9 billion dollars last year. I guess they’re hurting for money.
Stop cutting our pay and raise the pay for new hires which is why we can’t keep anyone.
When I started it was a great company, but over the years they’ve simply gotten greedy and forgotten who is on the front line doing the hardest part of the job for this company!
It doesn’t since they keep cutting salaries!
Don’t care!
Looking forward to retiring as soon as I can to get the heck out of here and they completely become a non union company and getting rid of everyone so they can ship directly to the stores and everyone will be gone!
Good money and it's mostly autonomous
Long hours and very repetitive
I love the fact that they pay so well
Good pay and insurance is decent.
Always changing your day off hours and job.
Vacation
Great people benefits. Working together making people feel comfortable
Health
Pay for the area is above average but still not enough
Terrible work environment, and management with minimal benefits
None
People are nice. And wages are g[d
Some management not so good they want to pass someting on to the next preson not take care of the problem as it occurs and want to give points and fire people all the time some can do what they want and get away with it
Benefits and some rules
People are nice. And wages are g[d
Some management not so good they want to pass someting on to the next preson not take care of the problem as it occurs and want to give points and fire people all the time some can do what they want and get away with it
Besides pay and benefits nothing
Everything, management will work you until you can’t anymore. They do not care about employees.
Pay/benefits
not a bad job. close to home
lack of disciplined management
health care rotating schedule with some weekends off
I like working here because of the competitive pay
I don’t like that it’s far from my house and working weekends
I like that i work for a union
Decent benefits
Terrible corporate culture, high turnover for minority workers, and bad work/life balance.
The people want to do well and put their all into the process and production of goods for the consumer. I enjoyed seeing this everyday.
Management has tunnel vision. They see what they want to see and don't take into consideration new ideas or thoughts unless it comes from someone they like.
Learning the ins and outs of the food manufacturing sector.
Fair pay, considered the hugest bakery.
They are good in general, supervisor roles might work as needed.
Salary
Working here was fun and friendly. The emoloyees were great and welcoming.
The one thing I disliked about working here wad not being compensated for the amount of workload/pay you have
The are no perks working here at this job
