GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Monitor and maintain the urschel slicers and make sure they are running properly. Maintain and sharpen blades too. Move the pork skins from the cutting room to cooking room for processing. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Daily: Maintain, and perform daily checklists on machines Monitor the operations of the urschel slicers Move the pork skins from the cutters room to cooking room Must also sharpen blades and keep sharp blades on the urschel slicers at all times Clean and sanitize the floor, bins and autos according to the SOP *And any other duties assigned by Supervisor

The Folder & Bindery Operator is responsible for operating folder and bindery machines, producing high-quality printing jobs to meet customer and company expectations.
