You will set up and operate stitching bindery equipment in a commercial print and bindery shop, including operating 26" or 30" Folders that include 16-page signature work. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. with overtime available; however, shift flexibility is preferred.

Position Overview:We are looking for a TC Helper to support our metal processing and heat treatment operations. This role primarily involves stripping beads from wires in a segregated area off the main factory floor, along with assisting in other manufacturing areas such as the airfoil braze department. This is a physically demanding and repetitive position that requires strong manual dexterity and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, and eager to grow within the company. Key Responsibilities: Strip beads from wires in a back-room setting. Assist with moving parts to the airfoil braze station after unloading from heaters. Maintain safety standards, including the use of steel-toe shoes and company-provided safety equipment. Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment. Potential for promotion to airfoil braze operations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in manufacturing is a plus. Strong hand strength and manual dexterity. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in a warm, noisy environment.
