The Bindery Cutter/Folder Operator is responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of bindery equipment, including the Polar Cutter, MBO Folder. This role ensures finished materials meet production quality and schedule standards while contributing to team training and continuous improvement initiatives. Duties and Responsibilities: Report workflow and technical concerns to the Bindery Manager to ensure timely resolution and process optimization. Troubleshoot and problem-solve complex bindery projects. Set up and operate the Polar Cutter, MBO Folder in accordance with production standards and safety protocols. Read and interpret job jackets, layouts, and digital proofs (Dylux) accurately. Meet company standards for make-ready times and production run efficiency.
