The Role
The Warehouse Associate will perform many different tasks throughout the day. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
Accountabilities:
Pulling Orders/Restocking
Pull, stage and/or deliver material and tools to jobsites; ability to manage and understand lead times and constraints.
Maintain a clean, well-organized shop.
Tools Management/Inventory
Inspect tools for defects/wear and service and/or lubricate tools to maintain good working condition.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining an adequate inventory of supplies to maximize efficiency; correct any inventory deficiencies or discrepancies and restock as needed/assigned.
General Duties/tasks

The Role
The Preventative Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of the PMA department, including ensuring all equipment, contract terms and pricing are updated and accurate, renewals are reviewed timely, contracts are sent a minimum of 60 days prior to expiring and conduct contract reviews annually to confirm performance is as expected. This role oversees the growth and revenue of the department to achieve our annuals goals.
Accountabilities:
Lead all maintenance processes and procedures.

Estimate labor, materials, and subcontractors for service work and projects.

The Role
The IT Service Desk Technician is a technical support role that will be responsible for answering customer calls and providing expert guidance and advice to customers. Accountabilities

Software Support - Support all company software in varying capacities from complete internal support to engaging a vendor to resolution. This includes but is not limited to installations, packaging, licensing, troubleshooting errors.
Job Site Support / Deployment - Support various technologies on job sites which requires travel to the job site. With senior IT guidance, will follow established process(es) to deploy/setup trailers and jobs sites as required.
Inventory Management - Maintain an accurate inventory of all IT assets leveraging the internal Service Desk.
Additional Duties - Assist with the maintenance of the IT Knowledge base which includes creating written knowledge base articles and videos. Assist with account management, which includes monitoring accounts that are out of compliance, removing old accounts, and following the proper account maintenance cycles. Assist with standardizing and automating processes. Performs other duties as assigned.

Take-Off

Vendor/Sub Quotes

The Role
Plumbing Service Technicians repair and maintain heating and cooling equipment in commercial, and industrial settings. The Role
Plumbing Service Technicians repair and maintain heating and cooling equipment in commercial, and industrial settings. In this role, you will examine faulty equipment, conducting tests with a variety of devices to locate, diagnose, and isolate issues that interrupt performance or create hazards. In many cases, you will follow regular maintenance schedules to keep systems working reliably, but also need to conduct emergency service to make rapid repairs to customer systems. This role requires a balance of technical and mechanical skills, knowledge about plumbing systems and components, and customer service in order to successfully troubleshoot Plumbing issues and make necessary repairs. This full-time position may also require some travel, as these technicians work on-site.
Responsibilities
Maintain Plumbing Systems
Day-to-day duties involve performing regular or routine maintenance tasks on plumbing systems. These tasks can include repairs plumbing systems and fixtures, installation of rough plumbing and plumbing fixtures, installation of water heaters, troubleshooting sewage ejector pumps, installation of gas piping, installation of grease traps, clearing drains in residential or commercial locations. A Plumbing Service Technician may also perform seasonal maintenance on building's system functions.
Troubleshoot Plumbing Equipment
Troubleshooting plumbing systems and system elements is another major duty. Working from issues reported by customers or problems that arise during routine maintenance and system testing, the Plumbing Service Technician attempts to determine which components are at fault. These technicians then determine whether the system or element can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced.
Repair and Replace Systems
Perform a variety of repairs for plumbing systems, ranging from simple parts replacements to complex issues that require a complete replacement of the plumbing system. If an entire system needs to be replaced, the Plumbing Service Technician needs to install and test all new components. For simple repairs, they may replace one or more parts and conduct new tests to ensure that the repairs have restored the system to working order.
Consult with Customers
Frequently consult directly with customers, both to gather information about performance issues and to provide cost and time estimates related to repair and maintenance tasks. Throughout the repair process, you may also provide the customer with updates, answer questions about the system, and provide advice on operations and maintenance.
Ensure Safe Repair and Operations
While diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, also maintain safe operations and follow best practices for safely working with the system.
Maintain Customer and Service Records
Maintain documentation related to customer systems and the services they perform. This helps to ensure that maintenance is performed according to schedule, and it also provides data related to ongoing or recurring issues with the system. Plumbing Service Technicians may also prepare documents for customers, including troubleshooting steps they can take between regular maintenance.
Qualifications / Skills:
Have experience conducting routine and emergency repairs to plumbing systems while interacting directly with customers
Have a strong grasp of best practices and principles related to plumbing system installation, maintenance, and operations
Diagnose and resolve a variety of performance issues, using excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Must have experience with providing outstanding customer service and answering customer questions
Effective communication is also key in this role, you will need to communicate with customers and with other trade professionals

The Role
The Estimator is responsible for evaluating bid specifications, analyzing blueprints, proposals and other documentation, to successfully bid and win projects.
Accountabilities:
Estimating Process
Develop and provide complete, accurate and timely detailed estimates representing a projects mechanical/plumbing system costs, associated general conditions, required overhead and profit
Maintain all files of working bid documents, notes and assumptions of project estimates and coordinate with the project team to ensure a smooth transition.
Perform all work in accordance with company processes and procedures.
Use processes and procedures to eliminate bid errors and omissions.
Prepare complete bid documentation prior to bid closing with management.
Proposals and RFP compliance
Review proposal specifications, drawings, attend pre-bid meetings, etc. to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate.
Populate clarifications, exceptions and bid forms.
Plan/Spec Compliance
Identify any unique requirements of any proposals and incorporate the related costs into those project estimates.
Take-Off
Reading and understanding of mechanical blueprints and other specifications for takeoffs.
Perform quantity take-off of Plumbing, HVAC, and Process Piping for plan/spec and design build projects.
Vendor/Sub Quotes
Work with and obtain pricing from various vendors and subcontractors through completion of bids.
Qualifications:
Skills
A solid understanding and broad knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC and Process systems for commercial and institutional construction, including hospitals, schools, R&D facilities and multi-story buildings.
Strong computer and technology skills including estimating software such as Quickpen.
Ability to prioritize, set goals and manage multiple tasks under time constraints and meet strict deadlines
Ability to read architectural, structural and mechanical plans & specifications and be familiar with a variety of plumbing, HVAC and Process systems and terminology
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, organization, verbal, written and analytical skills
Knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical theory and code to identify issues with the designs or conflicts with other trades
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Preferred
2+ years' experience in commercial plumbing or HVAC estimating
Must be comfortable working with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors and vendors
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for long periods of time, walk, stand, bend, stoop, use hands and fingers & lifting
