As a Material Handler in a tape manufacturing environment, your primary responsibilities include packing finished adhesive and tape products, ensuring accurate labeling, and handling raw materials and packaging supplies. You will inspect products for quality, support machine operators, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Accurate record-keeping and adherence to safety protocols are essential. You will also collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges in the production process.
Job Duties:
Pack finished adhesive and tape products into appropriate packaging materials. Label products accurately with necessary information, such as product type, batch number, and expiration date.
Move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies to and from storage areas, production lines, and shipping areas. Ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently to prevent damage.
Inspect products during the packing process to ensure they meet quality standards. Report any defects or irregularities to supervisors or quality control personnel.
Provide support to machine operators by supplying them with raw materials and packaging supplies. Assist in clearing jams or minor issues on the machines under the guidance of the operator.
Keep the work area clean and organized. Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure that packaging supplies are stored in designated areas.
Maintain accurate records of packed products, including quantities and any issues encountered during the packing process. Complete required paperwork and update inventory logs as needed.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any unsafe conditions to supervisors.
Work collaboratively with other team members, including machine operators, quality control staff, and supervisors. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations and address any challenges that arise.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy materials, typically up to 50 pounds, regularly.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the workday.
Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching to handle materials, load machines, and pack products.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity to handle small parts, operate machinery, and perform tasks requiring precision.
Ability to push and pull carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment loaded with materials.
Performing repetitive tasks such as packing, labeling, and operating machines.
Occasionally climbing ladders or steps to access materials or equipment.
Good vision, with or without corrective lenses, to inspect products for quality and read labels or instructions.
Adequate hearing ability to communicate with team members and hear alarms or safety signals.

The Marketing Materials Coordinator is responsible for shipping, auditing, and restocking marketing material products. Paragon 28 Marketing Materials include (but are not limited to): acrylics, show sets, lab (cadaveric/saw bone trays) sets, banners, sawbones, power, universal instruments, lab equipment (when needed, PPE and others), patient specific equipment, table cloths, and literature associated with Paragon 28's event types. Additional Marketing Materials may be added when necessary. Event types this position supports will vary from tradeshows, medical education courses, mobile labs, dinners, sales interactions, development/engineering labs, and/or educational lab sessions. How You'll Create Impact
* Contact for customers, field sales and distributor/agency reps through order entry and telephone support for the following duties:
* Receive orders via SmartSheet, phone, and/or e-mail.
* Process incoming and returned orders for products within the business day keeping inventory organized digitally using Google Sheets, SAP, and/or SmartSheets.
* Schedule show, cadaver and demo sets to ensure lab/tradeshow coverage.
* Ensure show, cadaver, and demo sets are returned promptly after event by the point of contact, cleaned, audited, and reset.
* Track shipped orders and resolve late shipments. Send back up shipments as needed.
* Notify accounting to bill for lost/damaged equipment.
* Audit inventory and replenishment missing equipment from marketing material equipment.
* Determine appropriate pricing, terms and shipping method for products by following Company guidelines.
* Resolve issues with customers concerning order status, credit and shipping problems. Working closely with the event teams regarding shipping for large tradeshows.
* Fulfill literature and other requests for information by working closely with the marketing and artwork team members.
* Offsite and onsite temporary lab and marketing material set up.
* Initiates, maintains, and compiles records associated with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment by performing the following duties.
* Compares nomenclature, stock numbers, and other listed information on packing slips to verify accuracy of purchase orders and shipping orders.
* Compiles information on receipt of disbursement of marketing material equipment and computes inventory balance, price, and cost.
* Reconciles shipping and pack list discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Prepare all necessary shipping documentation and ensure that shipments are tracked to destination.
* Package materials and equipment ensuring that shipping documentation is accurate and materials are protected adequately for shipment.
* Determine most efficient and economical routing and mode of transportation.
* Initiate investigations into causes of misdirected shipments, damage or shortages in shipments or overcharges in freight cost.
* Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485.
* Assist in the development of processes and procedures for inventory, receiving, shipping, and administrative responsibilities resulting in cost and efficiency improvements for the marketing warehouse.
* Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

Receives, stores, and disburses supplies, materials and equipment for the facility. Enters the receiving transactions into inventory computer system to track items ordered, received, and distributed. Maintains inventory in all designated areas of Pioneers Medical Center.
Essential Functions:
Maintains the receiving and disbursement for the inventory system by entering quantity of stock received and distributed/transferred within the computer system. Physically stocks, delivers, & receives product. Ensures quantities entered are accurate, verifies stock numbers, sets up new stock items in departments, and inactivates items as needed. Enters receivables and disbursements into the system. Maintains and assures that the Materials Management Store Room and all locations are stocked according to par levels, clean, safe, and orderly.
Notifies the Buyer or Senior Buyer immediately when stock/materials/equipment is below par and requires ordering.
Pulls expired items as needed, from all areas, throughout the facility. Completes the manual and computer transactions necessary to update the inventory count. Will be proficiently cross-trained with the Inventory Specialist/O.R. Supply Clerk and/or the MM Buyer with all aspects of product expiration and in keeping the Expiration Report up-to-date.
Is responsible for all incoming and outgoing freight transactions. Verifies stock numbers, vendor item numbers, etc., prior to receiving/disbursing products in the system or physically. Responsibility includes printing & placing stickers on all billable items before disbursement to department locations - MFHC, Nursing, Rehab & Surgery.
Contacts the Materials Management Buyer, Senior Buyer, or Director with any discrepancies concerning receiving/disbursements for supplies, materials, and/or equipment. Has the capability to correct and update all receiving/disbursement/transfer information as needed, following the established format. Creates Pick Tickets & Requisition Purchase Orders for all departments as needed.
Assists in periodic inventory counts by generating count sheets, verifying quantities, researching and resolving discrepancies.
Maintains files, answers phones, takes messages and transfers callers to appropriate party, as necessary
Adheres to the standards and policies of the corporate compliance program, including the duty to comply with applicable laws and regulation, and report to a designated manager (or employer hotline) any suspected unethical, fraudulent, or unlawful acts or practices. Adheres to the safety guidelines as outlined by the facility and reports unsafe equipment, areas, practices, etc., as required by policy.

What Warehouse Operations contributes to Cardinal Health
Warehouse Operations is responsible for performing/controlling a combination of manual or automated tasks necessary for the receipt, storage, and shipment of product. Order Filling
* Picks product from fulfillment center stock according to wave pick list and organizes on cart;
* Pulls warehouse items from the shelves based on number, size, color, quantity, and quality requirements
* May operate scanners so that the proper order is picked, and inventory is managed accurately
Order Checking
* Verifies that the item picked matches the item on the invoice by comparing manufacturer name, manufacturer item number, and item description;
* Verifies quantity of items picked matches item quantity on the invoice;
* For time sensitive items, verifies the expiration date on the item is acceptable for shipment to the customer;
* Verifies all items listed on the invoice have been picked;
* For items that include component(s), such as a pump, verifies that components are included
Packing
* Counts quantity of items and verifies the count to the quantity listed on the invoice;
* Matches the ship to address or invoice number on the shipping label with the same information on the invoice;
* Selects correct packaging, fill and labels;
* Follows regulatory guidelines when packing items with regulatory classification;
* May create proper shipping papers for packages containing hazardous materials;
Manifests
* For packages not auto-manifested: weighs packages, determines appropriate method of transportation, verifies proper labeling, scans information and applies shipping labels;
* For packages auto-manifested: verifies and corrects non-conforming packages;
Expeditor
* Processes orders requiring special handling as required by branch personnel, sales staff or end-user.
Order Processing
* Fulfill current or new client orders to achieve client customer satisfaction
Additional functions
