As a Strategic Account Executive (SAE), you will be responsible for driving key partnership goals within assigned health system accounts. The SAE will use a consultative approach to partner with health systems and drive broader adoption of ADC's continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) portfolio within the health systems' diabetes patient population. The position requires exemplary customer and account management acumen and an aptitude to work with cross-functional teams. This is a critical role in Abbott Diabetes Care's (ADC) commercial strategy and will report to the Director of Strategic Accounts (DSA). This is a field based opportunity.
What You'll Do
Lead the development of key account plans based on gathering customer insights, identifying unmet needs in diabetes management, and having a deep understanding of Abbott's partnership solutions to ensure seamless execution of the resulting account strategies
Build and maintain deep relationships, and act as a thought partner with key decision-makers and influencers across a range of business functions (e.g., C-suite, VP and Director-level administration, Quality, Primary Care, Endocrinology, Population Health, Health Equity, IT/EMR/EHR, Pharmacy, and other relevant stakeholders) to strengthen the perception of ADC as a trusted resource in helping to improve patient outcomes and addressing diabetes management challenges within health systems
Identify needs and hypothesize solutions for key stakeholders at assigned health systems regarding unmet needs in diabetes management
Develop strategies and tactical plans to tailor and implement solutions that drive awareness of CGM, create HCP access for the field teams, and accelerate adoption of CGM for diabetic patients within the health system
Collaborate and orchestrate key activities with the cross-functional account team and relevant HQ-based functional stakeholders to drive development and pull-through of strategy, tactical plans, and solutions (e.g., workflow and technical solutions) in a compliant manner
Track and evaluate key customer metrics to proactively identify opportunities to adjust the account strategy to reflect changing dynamics
Maintain current knowledge of all ADC's products, indications and diabetes disease area to serve as an effective partner to assigned health system accounts

Bachelor's degree
10 years+ years of experience in a customer facing field sales, sales management, or key account management role with 5+ years of experience in healthcare and / or life sciences industry
Demonstrated leadership skills, specifically in strategic influencing, effective communication, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution
Demonstrated track record of business background including account planning, business planning, problem solving, and analytical skills
Possess executive presence and the ability to interact with senior account leadership

Fire Protection Engineer Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with the development of FLS code and standards analyses.
Provide guidance on the applicability of codes and standards to FAA facilities, its mission, and specific technical items encountered.
Provide FLS guidance to the FAA on program and Agency initiatives where the FLS program is a stakeholder.
Develop technical guidance on issues related to design and construction.
Assist with the development of standard specifications for installations at FAA facilities.
Assist with FLS programmatic planning initiatives, prioritization, and consultation regarding program direction and goals.
Authoring white papers, proposals, and analysis papers on any of the items above for distribution to FLS stakeholders.
FLS Condition Risk Assessments (CRA):
Conduct comprehensive fire protection and life safety surveys of critical air traffic control facilities including airport traffic control towers (ATCT), terminal radar approach control (TRACON) facilities, in air route traffic control centers (ARTCC), and various other types of facilities supporting the FAA's air traffic control mission. The surveys require broad knowledge and experience in analyzing and evaluating these facilities against the applicable requirements of the International Building Code, NFPA 101, NFPA 13, NFPA 20, NFPA 72, NFPA 75, and other applicable codes, standards, and FAA orders.
Evaluate facility human element programs to address OSHA required Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention Plans, fire drills, and inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection and life safety systems.
Coordination of sites with customer on specific dates, locations, impacts to the facility, etc.
Develop and maintain a current schedule of CRA's at all times, with dates of visit, location, current status of CRA, team assigned, and other relevant information.
Provide additional CRA support as requested by AJW-23 Program Manager.
Fire Protection Engineer Basic Qualifications:
Relevant Bachelors' Degree and 4+ years relevant exempt experience or a relevant Masters' Degree and 2+ years relevant exempt experience.
Professional Engineer License or EIT certificate.
Strong working knowledge of applicable ICC and NFPA codes.
Past experience developing and/or providing holistic consultation on FLS programs.
Ability to produce FLS designs of a variety of critical FLS elements and be able to provide critical comments on FLS designs and installations.
Former experience in training FLS concepts and code application.
Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with FAA National Airspace System facilities, FAA staffed or unstaffed facilities, or similar government installations.
Experience with 29 CFR 1960.20.
Specific experience with programs at Federal agencies is preferred, with FAA experience weighted heavily.
Former training on the use/maintenance of Fire Protection systems.

Leidos Engineering has an opportunity for a **Project Coordinator** who will work alongside project managers, lead engineers and account managers supporting permitting activities for distribution engineering projects for various electric utility clients throughout the Northern United States. The PC will be part of an established team within our Power Delivery Solutions (PDS) division. PDS provides consulting services to public-owned and investor-owned electric utilities for comprehensive engineering design of electrical transmission, substation, and distribution projects nationwide.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate and track permitting activities across multiple projects, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
+ Maintain permitting schedules, logs, and documentation; update PMO systems with current status and milestones.
+ Serve as a liaison between project managers, permitting authorities, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
+ Prepare, submit, and follow up on permit applications and related supporting documents.
+ Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts to project teams.
+ Assist in risk identification related to permitting and escalate issues as needed.
+ Support project reporting, including creation of status updates, dashboards, and compliance summaries.
+ Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document decisions and action items related to permitting activities.
+ Ensure permitting processes follow standards, document control practices, and quality requirements.
**Required Qualifications**
**Education/Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field with 0-2+ years of relevant experience preferred
+ An Associate's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or a related field with 2-4+ years of relevant experience will be considered
+ Familiarity with the electric utility industry is highly desirable
+ Previous Expereince with permitting processes is preferred
**Technical Skills needed for this role:**
+ Experience with MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
+ Experience with project management software (e.g., Workfront, MS Project or P6) is preferred
**Soft Skills that will help you succeed in this position:**
+ Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities are required to manage competing priorities and deadlines
+ Ability to work effectively in a team environment
**Location:**
+ Hybrid office attendance preferred (2-3 days in Framingham, MA office, remaining days work from home)
