Summary
The BiomedicalTechnician II (BMET II) is required to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and verify the performance of complex biomedical equipment with minimal supervision. The individual should be competent in the use of all applicable test equipment and tools required in the performance of these duties. Technical Service - 40%

Key Responsibilities:
Platform Support & Monitoring: Provide operational support and monitoring for our AWS-based healthcare platform, ensuring reliability, performance, and uptime across all services.

What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent industry experience) and 2+ years of experience in technical operations, DevOps, or related domains.
Hands-on experience in at least one technical area - DevOps, Engineering, Data Management, or TechOps.
Strong understanding of Observability, Monitoring, and Alerting tools and practices.
Proven ability to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
