Pros of working at Biomerics

Benefits were nice. Easy job.

Cons of working at Biomerics

This job itself is easy. The issue is with management and it stem all the way to HR. I have seen people openly use N- word ,the person who was called the slur was fired. I have seen people talk about others children. And when you go to HR they tell you to get over it. If you are not part of the management click, you don't get raises, you don't get to move up and they will try and fire you for every little thing. They are cheap. There was a head lice outbreak back in 2024. They make medical products. And all gowns hang next to each other. In my 3 almost 4 years here I have seen people on the line chocking other operators. I have seen supervisors make discriminatory comment about other employees appearances. This is a terrible company to work for.
