Benefits are good but this company is a hot mess
Nepotism and incompetence
Quarterly bonus is a plus.
The CEO, Mark Montgomery, is useless. He cashed out. He sold the company and made his money and disappeared. We don't even know what he gets paid for.
Replace senior leadership if you want this company to do well. They lack understanding and do not really care as long as they get their bonuses.
I didn't. They don't hire based on qualifications. You must know someone.
They try to cover their lack of competence and organization bygiving you more money sometimes

This is the most ineffective leadership I have encountered. They lack any semblance of planning and strategy. Their hiring practices are based on nepotism, starting with their CEO, Mark Montgomery, who brought in Craig Mears solely because he was his consultant. Craig Mears is completely inexperienced in managing a pharmacy business. Furthermore, their COO, Elvin Montanez, is a weak leader with questionable motives. They sold the company, profited, and abandoned their employees.
