Shift: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Core Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain control systems including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and DCS platforms.
• Program and configure automation equipment to support manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:

Join our team as a Senior Process Engineer!
This is an in office role based out of our Maumee, Ohio office.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Process Engineer with a strong background in refining processes within the oil and gas industry, particularly in the Northwest Ohio region. The ideal candidate will play a key role in both project execution and business development, leveraging existing relationships with regional refineries to drive growth and expand our presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with plant personnel, clients, and stakeholders to understand operational needs and identify project opportunities.
Leverage existing relationships at Northwest Ohio refineries to support strategic business development and expand client accounts.
Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and process evaluations to support client goals and safety compliance.
Lead or support engineering projects in refining, including process improvements, retrofits, debottlenecking, and new unit designs.
Collaborate with internal multi-discipline teams including mechanical, electrical, and automation engineers.
Support process safety efforts including HAZOPs, PHA facilitation, and regulatory compliance activities.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, sharing technical knowledge and industry insights to support professional development and strengthen the team.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
8+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with specific experience in refinery operations or projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of refining processes such as distillation, hydrotreating, catalytic cracking, reforming, etc.
Strong working relationships with key personnel at refineries located in or near Northwest Ohio.
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with process simulation tools (Aspen Plus, HYSYS, ProMax, etc.)
Familiarity with OSHA PSM regulations and PHA participation or facilitation.
Prior experience developing proposals, scopes of work, or cost estimates.
Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain one is a plus.

Lead the design and development of detailed, optimized, and complex process systems for state-of-the-art industrial and high-tech manufacturing design-build projects. These complex systems can consist of systems that may require you to:
Lead the design and engineering efforts for systems including fluid transfer, heat exchange, and related systems to meet production requirements.
Develop and optimize water purification systems to maintain the highest level of water quality for critical manufacturing processes.
Analyze and mitigate friction loss in piping systems to ensure optimal fluid transfer and system performance.
Design and implement effective treatment systems for solvents, acids, hazardous waste, and other industrial effluents in compliance with environmental regulations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Process Engineer to further develop and scale our PFAS Annihilator SCWO technology. The position is located in Columbus, OH. The role reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the process discipline in design efforts.
Execute scale-up of Revive's technology offerings, most relevantly the PFAS Annihilator system, to support commercial deployment.
Drive continuous improvement of SCWO reactor and salt separation subsystems to enhance throughput, minimize fouling, extend service intervals, and improve overall system availability.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

**What you will do**

In this role you as a member of the Amgen Ohio, Process Development organization, this role serves as project manager and technical expert for Final Drug Product New Process Introductions (NPI) into Amgen Ohio. The Senior Engineer engages Drug Product development teams throughout the commercialization process, leading multi-functional NPI teams with support from Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Capital Projects, Process Development and other business groups. + Support generation, revision, review, execution, and approval of relevant technical documents (e.g., manufacturing procedures, protocols, training materials, design control deliverables, and specifications).
+ Ensure design/process transfer requirements are appropriately implemented and aligned with current manufacturing strategies.
+ Support a safe working environment by staying in sync with all pertinent environmental health/safety practice, rules and regulations.
+ Lead and manage change control processes for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring timely approvals, regulatory compliance, and seamless implementation across cross-functional teams.
+ Monitor and track NPI-related changes to ensure proper risk assessment, mitigation strategies, and alignment with project timelines.

Doctorate degree
**Or**
Master's degree and 2 years of Process Development, Engineering, or NPI experience
**Or**
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Process Development, Engineering, or NPI experience

Associate's degree and 8 years of Process Development, Engineering, or NPI experience
**Or**
High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Process Development, Engineering, or NPI experience

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
