There's only one pro. The people you work with. That's it making a difference in their life is the only pro.
Staff is overworked. Low pay. No bonuses although you're promised them. Office people are kinda snotty sometimes. Orientation is drug out and so long. Most of orientation is done on your time. So therefore the 450 come no where near the amount of time you are doing it. No time to yourself. You will be slapped or whatever. Be willing to be abused.
Helping the clients. That was it. Other than that this place is so unstaffed and people have no life other than to bios
Nothing
Get rid of narcissist employees from offices. Do something about the orientation. Give the dam bonuses you promised the employees. Give better pay because workers are exhausted
Same I way I did with every other job
What compensation there is none

The people we take care of not really anything more than that pay sucks job sucks orientation sucks. No bonuses low pay. Over worked.
