Pros of working at BioTelemetry

I liked the option to pick your own hours. All shifts were available since it is a 27/4 company and overtime is offered daily to the Cardiac Specialists. The employees are nice and don’t have a problem helping each other out.

Cons of working at BioTelemetry

There is a lot of pressure to complete 800-1,200 strips a day (depending on how many hours you work) and they believe that to reach those numbers you have to do 100 an hour. So if you are unable to complete their specific numbers by hour, even if you do the 800-1,200 a day, you will get harassed daily about it and eventually fired no matter how good of an employee you are.

BioTelemetry benefits

They do catered lunches often, overtime is offered daily, good health insurance, they offer investment stocks, and retirement plans. The employees are also very caring and decorate each other’s desks for special occasions and birthdays.
