JOB SUMMARY
The Facilities Custodian is responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment in and around the organization's facilities. This role includes performing routine cleaning tasks, minor maintenance, and responding promptly to custodial requests to support daily operations and overall building functionality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors throughout the facility.
Empty trash and recycling receptacles; replace liners as needed.
Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or reporting repairs.
Ensure outdoor areas, including entryways and walkways, are clean and hazard-free.
Follow proper procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment.
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is needed.
Lock/unlock designated doors and secure facilities as required.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with organizational policies.
PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable workplace accommodation.
The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Two years prior custodial or janitorial experience, preferably as a supervisor.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., floor buffers, vacuum cleaners).
Knowledge of proper cleaning methods and safety practices.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good physical condition: must be able to lift to 50 lbs., stand, bend, and climb ladders.

JOB SUMMARY
The Mill Operator II is responsible for maintaining safe and effective operations within their area of responsibility in the Mill Department. They will work with the Operator I and Utilities to accomplish assigned tasks throughout their shift.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Completes all required documentation to ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations
Informs supervisor and affected personnel immediately of any hazards, unsafe equipment and/or acts

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure regulatory compliance and conformance with various elements of Process Safety Management (PSM), and external & internal process safety related standards. Advises on interpretation and application of internal and external standards. Maintain and continuously improve local/ organization's process safety plans.
Provide engineering support and technical guidance related to equipment and process design that meets industry codes and standards from organizations (i.e., Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices). Able to use project engineering principles and economic analyses to help justify, plan and budget for process safety risk reduction projects.
Lead and/or provide engineering support and technical guidance in incident investigations, hazard identification, facility siting modeling, PHA (Process Hazard Analysis), LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis), relief studies, and dispersion modeling. Able to challenge technical assumptions and validate most likely consequences and risk categorizations, ensuring these process safety studies are technically sound and meet internal and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with Engineers to develop intermediate and permanent mitigations to close process safety recommendations/risks, and ensures recommendations are closed in a timely manner. Able to qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate risks and propose viable mitigation measures with appropriate risk reduction factors.
Interact frequently with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering personnel at their assigned PSM facilities/organizations to build rapport with the personnel and to be aware of and assist with resolving process safety issues. Communicate, elevate, and mitigate process safety risks, as appropriate.
Identify, develop, and deliver training on process safety management and related topics to stakeholders including technical aspects of process safety such as PHA/LOPA/IPLs, facility siting, dispersion modeling, etc.
Conduct and/or validate process safety leak calculations and categorization. Analyze process safety metrics to identify trends, strengths, and improvement opportunities. Develop dashboards and report to effectively communicate metrics and trends.
Support and/or lead audits and assurance activities for process safety. Supports facilities with regulatory inspection and/or enforcement actions. Able to assess not just basic compliance and conformance, but also the quality of the process safety safeguards and inherent process safety risks.
Participate in specialty industry groups to share and learn good process safety practices, advocate for sound regulations or to influence the development/modification of industry standards.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience within a process industry (e.g., refining, midstream or petrochemical), or Bachelor's degree in a HES-related field, Engineering degree, or advanced degree with seven (7) years relevant experience in a process industry.
Detailed knowledge and experience implementing multiple Process Safety elements.

The Fuel Boat Pilot ensures the safe and efficient operation and performance of his crew, vessel, and tow in a manner that complies with company policy, U. S. Coast Guard rules and regulations, and federal, state, and local laws.
Fuel Boat Pilot Responsibilities include the following:
Ensure that company policy, rules and regulations are followed.
Report violations of EMIS company policy or violations of federal, state or local laws.
Ensure deck crew are performing their duties.
Inspect all areas of the vessel and tow to ensure safety, proper maintenance, and a clean vessel is ready for voyage.
Provide customer service according to the EMIS Mission Statement.
Captain has the right to reject of any tow configuration or barge.
Ensure all crewmembers on EMIS vessels and docks are using Proper PPE.
Assist other operations as required by management.
Maintain EMIS fleets and equipment, documenting fleet checks every six hours or as per MARSEC levels.
Inspect all barges according to the Dry Cargo/Chemical Barge Inspection Report, notify a supervisor immediately of any damage, and take appropriate measures to ensure safety.
Responsible for reviewing the tow orders and determining whether the boat is of sufficient horsepower.
Report incidents immediately to appropriate supervisor and enter in vessel logs.
Order supplies as needed.
Ensure fire extinguishers are recharged or refilled as required for each type of extinguisher.
Ensure fire hose with nozzle is at each fire station.
Ensure dewatering pumps are on board the vessel and ready for use.
Ensure adequate number of approved life preservers are on board.
Ensure adequate quantity of first aid supplies onboard the vessel.
Ensure crewmembers are properly trained in emergency procedures including fire drills.
Chip, Buff, Prime and paint vessel and equipment as needed.
Complete Towing Vessel Record each shift which includes the following:
Engine Room Log
Fuel Operations Log
Pre-Sail Check List
When a Fuel Boat Pilot is assigned the task of training an upcoming pilot the current pilot is considered the "Master of the Vessel" and is responsible for and will be held accountable for the actions of the trainee in the performance of their duties.
Captain is required to have a safety briefing with crew prior to engaging in any barge tow work, barge movement activity or fuel transfers. This briefing must be documented in the towing vessel record.
Fuel Boat Pilot Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Must have a U.S. Coast Guard license as Master of Towing Vessels/Limited Master of Towing
Must have sufficient time with EMIS to prove competence and leadership skills as determined by the Vice President, for promotion from within the company
Must be able to swim
Valid TWIC Card (Transportation Workers Identification Credential)
Must have a valid driver's license
