Key Responsibilities:
1. Vaccine Management:
• Manage vaccine inventory, including tracking stock levels and ensuring accurate records.
• Prepare and organize vaccine totes for clinic pick-up and drop-off.
• Maintain cold-chain management to ensure proper temperature control.
• Report vaccine usage, inventory levels, and any discrepancies.
• Participate in on-call duties as required to handle urgent vaccine management needs.
2. Hotel Booking & Scheduling:
• Assist with booking accommodations for clinic staff.
• Assist with mileage calculations and hours verification as needed.
• Support department scheduling needs.
3. Data Management:
• Process clinic paperwork, ensuring accurate and timely entries.
• Manage data entry for insurance documents, verifying all necessary information is recorded.
• Upload CIS files, print, and prepare CIS forms for clinic use.
o Fill out verification forms as needed, ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
4. Warehouse and Supplies:
• Pack supplies for mobile clinics.
• Receive and restock returning supplies from mobile clinics.
• Ensure adequate inventory of supplies.
What You'll Need To Get The Job Done:
• Associate Level coursework completed and associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Available while on-call.
• Evening and weekend availability.
• Empathy, compassion, dependability, and kindness are a MUST.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic computer skills (office suite) as well as overall technical savviness.
• Dependable personality and strong work ethic.

Make a Difference in Communities Across Washington Birds Eye Medical is seeking dedicated Per Diem Registered Nurses to join our Mobile Childhood Immunization efforts across Washington State. While long-distance travel is not required, additional compensation, including mileage reimbursement and daily per diem pay, is available for those who are willing to travel further.
About the Role
As a key part of our Mobile Team, you will help deliver vital childhood immunizations and may receive training to administer COVID-19, Flu, and Monkeypox vaccines as well. RNs will rotate through a variety of service delivery sites including public health clinics, schools, and community locations.
Primary responsibilities include:
Administering childhood immunizations (training provided)
Conducting health assessments and reviewing immunization histories
Creating vaccination plans and educating patients
Offering referrals to community health resources
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and partners
Supporting clinic set-up and tear-down
Leading and overseeing CMAs, LPNs, medical scribes, and other staff
Managing patient flow and monitoring for adverse reactions
Scheduling & Flexibility
Shifts are Per Diem and flexible
Clinic schedules are shared bi-weekly

What You Need
Active Washington State RN license (WA is not part of the compact licensure program)

The base salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000. What you will do
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing Cosentino's product awareness, acceptance, and sales to the contract design & commercial and residential segments for both interior and exterior applications.

Sales:

Execute sales plans created within agreed-upon timelines from the customer or Cosentino Management.

Business Development
Promote the organization's products in formal presentations to architects, designers, and targeted organizations.
Actively represent and promote Cosentino to the community through hosting and attendance of local chapter events for ASID, IIDA & AIA along with other targeted associations.
Develop new project opportunities through personal sales efforts and professional relationships with architects, designers, building owners, and property management firms involved with new development or renovation work for existing building interiors and exteriors.
Account Management:
Maintain the accurate relationship, product placement & project details with updated developments within the project management database (Salesforce CRM).
Manage and communicate in a timely manner across all parties to ensure successful sales implementation of programs including updating sales collateral, product technical data, and information, samples, mockups, and proposals.
Coordinate with Cosentino Account Managers, business partners, fabricators, and installation contractors to ensure the successful realization of local project execution.
Business Intelligence:
Commit to continual learning and knowledge of Cosentino Surfacing Products, the proper application, and specification requirements along with the fabrication and installation process to ensure proper use and overall customer satisfaction.
Act as a facilitator and provides recommendations to senior management with key sales information as it relates to markets and regions.

The Lift Maintenance team at Crystal Mountain is the backbone of the operation. The primary responsibility of the team is to ensure the safe, efficient and clean operation of all ski lifts, conveyors and the Mt. Rainier Gondola. through open and thorough communication with all other departments. As a Lift Mechanic one may be called on to perform any number of duties across the mountain throughout the assigned shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES-
Objective-Provide Safe and Reliable lift transportation for our guests.
Daily Inspections and startup procedures during operation.
Keeping machinery and lift stations clear of snow and ice.
Monitoring lift functions while operating.
Able to troubleshoot and repair lift malfunctions.
Perform annual preventative maintenance.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS-
Runs lifts for maintenance
Basic knowledge of lift components
Basic mechanical and tool knowledge
Mechanically inclined
Assist in building sheaves, grips, and other parts
Works on group projects with mechanics
Helps transport people, tools, equipment around mountain with snowmobiles or pickup trucks

Operate all lifts on electric and auxiliary engines
Conduct lift start up procedures
Minor lift troubleshooting and repairs
Complete small projects with guidance
Assists with monthly service work and brake tests
Lift operations or other ski area experience preferred

Overview

What You'll Do
Plan and execute full-funnel digital campaigns across ad platforms, push notifications, and text marketing that connect customers to products, stores, and exclusive brand experiences.
Collaborate with internal creative and brand teams to develop campaign assets, messaging, and experiences that align with Zumiez's authentic and edgy voice.
Work with external ad partners and platform reps to optimize performance, stay ahead of trends, and identify new opportunities for growth and experimentation.
Build and manage audience segments for push notifications and text marketing, ensuring communications are targeted, timely, and integrated with broader campaign strategies.
Monitor and analyze performance across digital campaigns, adjusting accordingly so channel goals and ROI are met.
Maintain strong cross-department collaboration, connecting marketing, merchandising, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and consistent execution.
Report on results with clear, actionable insights, identifying wins, learnings, and opportunities for creative or strategic improvement.

The project manager will be the senior construction employee at our Fairhaven shipyard and will oversee all aspects of construction, ranging from sequence planning to on-site management of in-house and contracted tradespeople. Strong candidates will have a background in both hands-on project execution and detail-oriented planning, tracking, and documentation within a marine context. 2 weeks of travel to Alaska for system-commissioning may be required, but not likely.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Construction Planning
Review and understand engineering plans
Coordinate with the engineering team and vendors to develop a detailed construction sequence (Gantt chart or similar)
In collaboration with engineering team, ensure compliance with USCG and ABS regulations
Help implement jobsite health, safety, and environmental requirements
Ensure site equipment and resources are in place to facilitate construction sequence (e.g. cranes, power, storage space, etc. is ready when needed)
Ensure procurement and shipping of materials are synced with the construction sequence
Identify and communicate notable risks to budget, timeline, and safety
Project Monitoring and Documentation
Monitor and document the progress of vendors daily: timeline, budget, work quality
Proactively identify, mitigate, and track construction issues

Review and approve invoices from subcontractors
