They were willing to train you on new things when your area in the plant was slow
They at one point had some floor supervisor that were kind of rough on people
I love learning new things it made me feel valueable and given more opportunities
I asked alot of questions about the company by things I learned and found out about the company between online and from customers they did parts for.
I do feel and saw that they treated everyone with respect and honesty and were there for you doors were always open if you needed them.
I feel they really fair on all there benefits all the way around and in most cases your pay was really based on you and your abilty.
The open doors to learn more if you show a interest in learning something new they support you.
