A Construction Observer II usually has 5 plus years of similar experience, will provide field engineering and technical support services for ReadiTech Engineering Outside Plant Construction projects. A construction observer is a person, spending most of their time outside, watching and observing contractors placing facilities for Telecommunication Companies.
