    As the Brand Strategy Manager, you lead the planning and development of global strategies, programs, and stories created to help people and pets share happy, healthy homes. This role is accountable for leading the global strategy, comms plan, and cross-channel activation plans for various products. Positioned in North America this position is embedded in the US team to create compelling consumer experiences optimized to the cultural, competitive, and consumer environment. Reporting to the Director of Brand and Communication Strategy the Brand Strategy Manager is an expert in go to market plans and business goals. They are also masters at harnessing consumer and cultural trends to deliver a clear strategy that leads to successful activation plans delivering compelling and action-driving experiences. This position provides mentorship and guidance, as well as feedback to the greater Integrated Marketing team to continuously evolve our strategies, programs, and stories, advancing content at pace with the dynamic consumer landscape. They will establish strong working relationships with BISSELL global teams, outside agencies, and other internal BISSELL departments to develop strategic plans meeting or exceed their goals and objectives. The Brand Strategy Manager works closely with the Product Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Integrated Marketing leads every day to deliver business goals and compelling consumer experiences. Responsibilities * Lead and influence the development of a differentiated product go to market strategy creating step-change value for BISSELL through purpose and product stories relevant throughout the shopper journey * Actively develops strategies and programs in partnership with Product Marketing and Integrated Marketing Leads to deliver business goals. * Provides strategic direction for North American consumer experience competitive analysis with a focus on social media insights and analysis. * Leads GPD cross-channel programs: * Engages across all phases of production to deliver timely Go to Market Plans. * Present up and out as needed to drive stakeholder approval and amplify program successes and learnings. * The ability to self-direct, multi-task, and prioritize assignments with strong attention to detail. * May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION * Degree minimum: Four-year degree * Specific concentration: Marketing, Communications, Strategy, Business Administration * Experience level: 8+ years of experience in brand/account strategy, marketing communications, social, influencer & digital media, or related field. SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED * Understands and can assist in the development of holistic campaign planning and ability to conceive effective communications. * Understands branding with an ability to gather relevant competitive and industry information and the critical skills to apply to relevant campaigns and practices. * Experience with project management solutions like Workstream or Microsoft Project. * Ability to lead manage project team with appropriate follow-up, persuasion, facilitation, and delegation. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, command of the English language, grammar, and punctuation. * Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects with tight deadlines and many moving parts.

Repair injection molding machines, CNC, manual milling machines, surface grinding equipment, stamping presses, conveyors, assembly machines, and other automated machinery.     We are seeking skilled Automotive Mechanics to modify and maintain prototype cars and trucks. This position involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems, performing maintenance, and ensuring vehicles meet high-performance standards. The ideal candidate will work independently on assigned projects while collaborating with customers and team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform diagnostics, repairs, and modifications on vehicles based on repair orders and leader instructions. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical malfunctions, replacing necessary parts and components. Read, interpret, and follow service procedures to ensure accuracy in repairs and modifications. Document service and repair activities, maintaining accurate vehicle records. Maintain and troubleshoot shop equipment, performing preventive maintenance and coordinating necessary repairs. Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Education and Experience (Required): High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an automotive mechanic. Education and Certifications (Preferred): Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field. ASE (National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence) Certification(s).
