The Chemical Packaging Plant is a fast-paced environment and high-volume operation, responsible for manufacturing cleaning products for BISSELL. There are multiple packaging lines, which run 24 hours a day, up to 6 days a week. The standard work shift for a technician is 8 hours per day.
As a Warehouse Technician I, you will be part of a collaborative team with opportunities for career advancement by leveraging the BISSELL Skill System that allows for a variety of promotional paths. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop by supporting liquid filling, packaging, and blowmolding operations. This process will include picking, placing, and the delivering of materials to specified areas. In addition, you will also be unloading/loading inbound and outbound trailers.
As you continue to develop in your career, you will train other team members on technical skills and standard operating procedures while also providing team member feedback to support their development.

Leads the enterprise Artificial Intelligence (AI) function, developing and executing strategy, governance, and controls for AI initiatives. Responsible for building a centralized-federated AI capability that delivers high-impact solutions, eliminates waste, streamlines processes, and accelerates Business Unit (BU) strategies across all Segments. Works closely with Segment AI Champions and business leaders to identify, deliver, and scale AI solutions.
Requires a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics, including 3 years in a leadership role. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop and execute the enterprise AI strategy in alignment with UFPI's business goals.
* Operate a transparent intake & prioritization process; manage stage gates and portfolio health in conjunction with IT PMO.
* Lead the AI Team within IT, overseeing platform development, guardrails, reusable agents, policy, standards, and talent communities.
* Implement and maintain AI governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
* Partner with Segment AI Champions to intake, deliver, and track adoption and benefits of AI solutions in each BU.
* Oversee the development and deployment of agentic AI solutions, integrations, and frameworks.
* Drive workforce upskilling and safe employee access to AI tools.
* Finalize and operate the AI Usage Policy and training programs.
* Build and maintain reliable partner relationships to support AI solution delivery.
* Report on KPIs including operational efficiency, adoption, enablement, and financial value realization.
* Collaborate with oversight bodies (PIT Committee, GRC, Cybersecurity, Privacy/Legal) for risk assessments and compliance.
* Up to 20% travel required.
Job Specifications
Knowledge Required
* BS or MS Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 7+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
* Proven track record of developing and implementing enterprise AI strategies and solutions.
* Strong understanding of AI governance, compliance, and risk management.
* Experience with hub-and-spoke operating models and cross-functional team leadership.
* Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills enabling preparation and presentation of information and recommendations to a broad and diverse audience.

We are seeking a technically skilled and systems-minded Integrations Engineer to join our Transportation team. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining the digital backbone that connects our operational platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless system connectivity. You will work alongside data analysts, systems analysts, operations, and other roles to modernize and streamline our transportation systems. In this role, you will follow IT & cyber security standards and requirements for code review and promotion. You will play a key role in reducing manual work, improving data visibility, and supporting scalable growth through robust integrations and automation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
System Integration Development: Design and implement integrations between internal systems and external vendor platforms using existing APIs and tools.
Middleware Management: Utilize middleware to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable data exchange.
Integration Oversight: Document, audit, and monitor the health and performance of all system integrations
Data Replication and Streaming: connect, clean, transform, and model data from source systems using Microsoft Fabric data engineering tools
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with analysts, IT, and operations teams to understand integration needs and deliver solutions that improve efficiency and visibility
Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to reduce third-party expenses and manual processes through automation and in-house integration development
Strategic Alignment: Participate in cross-functional planning to ensure integration efforts align with business goals and IT infrastructure
Follow IT & cyber security standards & requirements for code review and promotion

Job Specifications
Knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in systems integration, data engineering, or software development
Experience with data platforms (preferably Fabric and Azure) and modern data architecture
Familiarity with transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems is a plus
