Pros of working at BJ's Wholesale Club

They have decent benefits plans, the work itself isn't too bad most of the time, and you meet a lot of good people.

Cons of working at BJ's Wholesale Club

The pay is awful compared to Costco. They are insanely cheap, refusing to spend money on things like air conditioning, new technology, things for the break room, etc. The managers are extremely unresponsive and lazy. They also lack the ability to think independently. They pick their favorites (usually the lazier ones) and no matter how skilled you are or how hard you work, you get nothing out of it. If you work here, do the bare minimum because it's not worth it to give it your all.

BJ's Wholesale Club benefits

Dental is really cheap.
