    Responsibilities Maintain responsibility for calling and overseeing all TITAN Direct Drive fracturing operations for a treatment program. Ensure field staff members arrive on time and that correct equipment, and materials are ready for the job. Conduct pre-job operating procedures and safety meetings with field crew. Review treatment program with customer prior to starting job. Instruct field crew of rig-in specifications. Assist in rigging operations as needed. Conduct/call treatment program with oilfield service pressure pumping equipment utilized for fracturing services through life of job and provide instruction and direction on job operating procedures to all field crew members. Ensure treatment is running correctly and efficiently monitor equipment and operations. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues and provide guidance to newer supervisors on how to resolve routine and non-routine operating issues. Build customer relations and provide superior customer service and technical support to client. Monitor performance of all field crew members and advise Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager on performance-related issues. Conduct disciplinary action meetings with field personnel as needed. Mentor and provide training to field crew members at all levels. Create a team environment. Ensure all field personnel paperwork (fuel reports, logbooks, job tickets, post-job treatment reports, Transport of Dangerous Goods reports, and quarterly inspection reports) is completely and accurately filled out, audited, and approved. Drive and operate heavy and complex fracturing trucks and equipment (e.g., Hydration Unit, Blender) as needed. Maintain truck and equipment to company standards and ensure all equipment, including personal protective equipment, is in proper working order. Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water pre- and post-trip. Promote company operating and safety standards at all times. Report all hazards or potentially hazardous situations, accidents, incidents, and injuries immediately. Attend weekly Safety Meetings. Requirements High School Diploma 2 or more years of hydraulic fracturing field operations experience on new TITAN Direct Drive fracturing technology and oilfield service pressure pumping equipment utilized for fracturing services. 85% domestic travel required.

May be required to travel to worksite via marine or helicopter transport. May be required to reside at worksite on a predetermined work schedule.
