Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: * Valid licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice; one year of experience preferred for RN. * Completed graduation from an accredited practical nurse program for LPN. * Ability to read & interpret documents such as lab results and procedure manuals. * Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and other healthcare providers. * Ability to follow direction and accept supervision.
