Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications: * Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. * Licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with the applicable state board. * Willingness to secure licensure in additional states as required. * Comfortable providing telehealth services, with training provided. Additional Qualifications: * Successful completion of a background check including criminal record and driving record. * Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance required. * First Aid and CPR certification within three months of employment. * Knowledge of agency policies and regulations essential for the role. Physical Requirements: * Sedentary work involving the exertion of up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible force frequently to lift and carry objects. * Repetitive movements of hands and fingers for typing and writing. * Ability to sit most of the time but may occasionally involve walking or standing.
