Position Perks & Benefits: * 29 Days of PTO * Employee benefits package - health, dental, vision, retirement, life, & more * Competitive 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan - up to 5% match for Part-Time and Full-Time employees * Company-paid basic life insurance * Emergency Medical Leave Program * Flexible Spending Accounts - healthcare and dependent child-care * Health & Wellness Program * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Employee Discount Program * Mileage Reimbursement (if applicable) Key Responsibilities: * Provide community-based mental health services including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention implementation * Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized treatment plans * Utilize a strengths-based approach that incorporates evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Positive Reinforcement Techniques, Trauma-Informed Strategies, CBT, and DBT * Provide behavioral interventions using methods including cognitive processing, operant conditioning, and group dynamics * Coordinate care with external providers including physicians, psychiatrists, schools, and community organizations * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and client progress * Facilitate PSR (Psychosocial Rehabilitation) group sessions as aligned with treatment plan goals * Participate in ongoing staff development and training opportunities * Contribute to quality improvement initiatives through data collection and reporting * Build and maintain collaborative relationships with families, schools, and community supports * Perform additional duties as assigned Education and/or Experience Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services field; or * Bachelor's degree in an unrelated field and two years of qualifying experience*; or * Any four-year combination of higher education and related experience; or * Associate's degree in Behavioral Health Support; or * Four years of qualifying experience* * Qualifying experience includes working with individuals with mental health disorders, substance use disorders, or developmental disabilities. Experience should include services such as skill-building, group or one-on-one support, recovery-focused coaching, or assistance in community functioning and employment.
