Parkland Health Center has two locations in St. Francois County, Missouri - a full-service acute care hospital in Farmington as well as a rural emergency hospital in Bonne Terre. Parkland Health Center provides quality primary and secondary level inpatient and outpatient services to the people of St. Francois County and surrounding areas in southeastern Missouri. In addition, Parkland's Farmington campus offers a full continuum of inpatient and medical-surgical and intensive care, obstetrics and emergency services, along with a wide variety of outpatient services including oncology services, an infusion center, a wound care clinic, and the Huckstep Heart and Lung Center. Bonne Terre is a Rural Emergency Hospital providing emergency services and outpatient services including medical observation, lab, radiology, and sleep study. The Maintenance Department provides support for maintaining the various buildings included in the PHC campus. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Provides Maintenance and Engineering service and responds to service calls throughout the healthcare facility . Performs accurate and effective repairs on equipment and building systems. Calls in more qualified personnel when repairs are beyond his/her capability. Performs other tasks as directed by the General Maintenance Shop Lead and Supervisor. Responsibilities Ensures all aspects of preventative maintenance are completed on schedule and according to department standards and procedures.Keeps equipment clean and operational.Performs troubleshooting and continuous improvement on building equipment and systems as assigned.Maintains documentation in regards to facility equipment and systems, ensuring all necessary documentation is current and up-to-date for all applicable regulatory agencies.
