The EXPEDITOR ensures that all food items meet plate presentation standards and preparation specs prior to leaving the kitchen and being served to Guests. The EXPEDITOR is the quarterback of the kitchen and responsible for facilitating ongoing communication between Front and Heart of House, and has the authority to push back any food that does not meet standards. Partner with the Director of Analytics Engineering to build and execute Chipotle's Data Science strategy, roadmap, operating model, and AI enablement goals. Data Science, MLOps & AI Execution: Own the complete ML lifecycle-from problem framing through data sourcing, modeling, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
